This role falls under our Five Guys umbrella. As our Five Guys team continues to grow, we’re in search of a Bar Attendant for our Airport branch. In this role, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience every time.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.

• Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drinks and promotions.

• Keep the bar area clean and organized, including quickly responding to spills and other health and safety hazards.

• Monitor and replenish stock levels as needed, ensuring the bar is always well-stocked.

• Process payments accurately using the till system.

• Occasionally serve food items to customers at the bar.

• Provide the highest level of customer service in a clean and safe environment, addressing basic customer queries and escalating complex ones to Managers.

• Adhere to brand standards and complete required Five Guys University courses.

• Support restaurant goals and actively contribute to achieving targets.

• Maintain operational and kitchen areas, restock workstations, and ensure restroom and terrace areas are clean.

• Follow uniform, grooming, and punctuality standards, as well as food safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements.

• Accurately use the company cash register and maintain proper control of company assets.

• Work as a team member to support other restaurant employees with their duties.

• Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• 2 years in Hospitality Management or a High School Diploma (or equivalent).

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a service crew member or in a similar role.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Adhere to brand standards and stay updated with Five Guys University courses.

• Actively contribute to achieving restaurant goals and targets.

• Maintain kitchen and operational areas, restock workstations, and ensure cleanliness in restrooms and terrace areas.

• Follow company standards on uniforms, grooming, and punctuality, and strictly comply with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines.
