المسؤوليات:
- ضمان الجودة والامتثال: تطوير وتنفيذ خطط الفحص والاختبار (ITPs) لضمان أعلى معايير الجودة.
- إدارة المواد والموافقة عليها: الإشراف على عملية الموافقة على جميع المواد والمنتجات المستخدمة في المشروع.
- تحسين العمليات: تصميم نماذج وقوائم تدقيق لمراقبة أعمال الخرسانة، والهندسة المدنية، وشبكات الأنابيب.
- التنسيق مع الجهات التنظيمية: ضمان الموافقات الفورية من العميل وأصحاب المصلحة للحفاظ على تقدم المشروع وفق الجدول الزمني.
- إدارة البيانات والتوثيق: الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة للجودة وإدارة المقاولين الفرعيين لاختبار المواد.
- التعاون بين الفرق: العمل عن كثب مع المصممين والمهندسين وممثلي العملاء لضمان تطبيق الجودة في جميع مراحل المشروع.
- الإشراف الفني: مراجعة مراحل التصميم لضمان قابلية التنفيذ وفق متطلبات الجودة.
- إدارة المشكلات: اتخاذ نهج استباقي لمعالجة مشكلات عدم الامتثال وضمان التحسين المستمر.
المتطلبات:
- التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في إدارة المشاريع، الهندسة المدنية، أو مجال ذي صلة. شهادات متقدمة في إدارة الجودة أو إدارة المشاريع (مثل PMP أو ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) تعد ميزة إضافية.
- الخبرة: 15 عامًا على الأقل من الخبرة في إدارة الجودة في المشاريع السكنية. الخبرة السابقة في أبوظبي شرط أساسي.
- المهارات التقنية: إتقان تقنيات البناء للمشاريع السكنية منخفضة الارتفاع والقدرة على تنفيذ ITPs بكفاءة.
- إدارة البيانات: مهارات قوية في حفظ السجلات وتحليل نتائج الاختبارات لضمان الامتثال.
- التواصل والقيادة: القدرة على التنسيق مع فرق تقنية وغير تقنية لضمان التزام جميع الأطراف بمعايير الجودة.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل: دقة عالية في مراجعة التصميمات، وجودة التنفيذ، ومتطلبات الامتثال.
