We are looking for an Audit Partner to handle and manage our company division, overseeing the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and financial performance. Job Details

The Audit Partner will have overall leadership responsibility for ensuring the business function operates effectively and achieves planned growth. You will oversee audit and risk assurance engagements, ensuring compliance with accounting and auditing standards while leading business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Audit & Risk Assurance: Plan, conduct, and manage audit engagements while adhering to relevant accounting and auditing standards.
Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including overseas clients and audit teams.
Compliance Expertise: Use professional skills to handle complex audit procedures and demonstrate proficiency in IFRS/IAS (Internal Auditing Standards) and knowledge of VAT, ESR, AML, and UBU.
Financial Record Review: Liaise with clients’ accounts, inspect account books, and ensure proper use of accounting procedures while maintaining financial records.
Audit Management: Handle various audits independently, supervise a team of auditors, attend inquiries, meet with clients, and submit timely MIS reports to management.
Tax-related Matters: Provide expertise on compliance, registration, de-registration, and tax disputes, and ensure that taxes are paid accurately and on time.
Financial Analysis: Review financial operations, suggest ways to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance profits.
Error Identification: Identify and record audit errors and work with clients to resolve relevant issues.

Qualifications

Indian CA qualified with 5-10 years of experience in audit organizations, handling and executing audits.
Degree in IFRS.
Degree certificate must be attested by the MOFA.

التفاصيل
سيكون شريك التدقيق مسؤولاً عن القيادة الشاملة لضمان سير العمليات التجارية بفعالية وتحقيق النمو المخطط له. ستتولى الإشراف على إجراءات التدقيق وضمان الامتثال للمعايير المحاسبية ومعايير التدقيق، بالإضافة إلى قيادة مبادرات تطوير الأعمال.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

التدقيق وضمان المخاطر: التخطيط وتنفيذ وإدارة عمليات التدقيق مع الالتزام بالمعايير المحاسبية والتدقيقية ذات الصلة.
التواصل مع العملاء: التواصل بفعالية مع الأطراف الداخلية والخارجية، بما في ذلك العملاء وفرق التدقيق الدولية.
الخبرة في الامتثال: استخدام المهارات المهنية لإجراء إجراءات تدقيق معقدة وإظهار إجادة في معايير IFRS/IAS (معايير التدقيق الداخلي) ومعرفة بـ VAT، ESR، AML، وUBU.
مراجعة السجلات المالية: التنسيق مع حسابات العملاء وفحص دفاتر الحسابات وضمان استخدام الإجراءات المحاسبية بشكل صحيح مع الحفاظ على السجلات المالية.
إدارة التدقيق: التعامل مع مختلف عمليات التدقيق بشكل مستقل، والإشراف على فريق من المدققين، وحضور الاستفسارات، والالتقاء مع العملاء، وتقديم تقارير MIS في الوقت المناسب للإدارة.
القضايا الضريبية: تقديم الخبرة في الامتثال والتسجيل وإلغاء التسجيل والنزاعات الضريبية، وضمان دفع الضرائب بشكل دقيق وفي الوقت المحدد.
التحليل المالي: مراجعة العمليات المالية، واقتراح طرق لتحسين العمليات وتقليل التكاليف وزيادة الأرباح.
تحديد الأخطاء: تحديد الأخطاء في التدقيق والعمل مع العملاء لحل القضايا ذات الصلة.

الشروط

حاصل على شهادة CA هندية مع 5-10 سنوات من الخبرة في المنظمات التدقيقية، مع القدرة على إدارة وتنفيذ عمليات التدقيق.
درجة في IFRS.
يجب أن تكون شهادة الدرجة معتمدة من وزارة الخارجية (MOFA).
