- Ensure all protocols related to inventory management are followed by ensuring:
- 5S of the store
- Weekly stock checks
- Daily inventory walks
- Security audits
- Manage a team of shift team leaders, logistics associates, delivery associates, warehouse staff, and cashier
- Ensure all payroll/attendance-related activities are closed as per the agreed date
- Monitor all the key metrics of the store
- Ensure compliance is maintained as per the legal local norms

نحن في نون نبحث عن متخصصين موهوبين في الفئة ليكونوا عضوًا مهمًا في فريق Central Grocery Commercial، ويخدمون منصات متعددة عبر مجموعة نون، مع ميل قوي للعمل وأخلاقيات عمل حريصة لتجاوز أهداف النمو الطموحة بالفعل.ماذا ستفعل:
- دعم تطوير خارطة الطريق الشاملة للفئة والرؤية، وتحمل المسؤولية المباشرة عن تحقيق أهداف الإيرادات والهامش الإجمالي للفئات ذات الصلة عبر منصات متعددة عند الظهر.
- تحديد تشكيلة المنتجات المثلى، والتخطيط للمخزون بشكل مسؤول، واتخاذ قرارات التسعير لتحسين كفاءة الربح والخسارة مع الحفاظ على القدرة التنافسية، وتوفير شراكات جديدة للعلامات التجارية وتنفيذ إطلاق المنتجات.
- تعاون مع البائعين في فئتك للحصول على استثمارات تسويقية والتأكد من تنفيذ الحملات بأعلى المعايير، مع العمل بشكل وثيق مع فريق الإعلانات.
فني ميكانيكا كهربائية وميكانيكية
ما ستفعله:
فني ميكانيكا وكهرباء وسباكة لدعم عمليات وصيانة سلسلة متاجرنا المظلمة. سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولاً عن ضمان الأداء السلس لجميع أنظمة ميكانيكا وكهرباء وسباكة، مع الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والامتثال.
الأنظمة الميكانيكية
- إجراء الصيانة الروتينية واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاح أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء، بما في ذلك وحدات تكييف الهواء وأنظمة التهوية.
- مراقبة وصيانة وحدات التبريد لضمان الأداء الأمثل والتحكم المستمر في درجة الحرارة.
الأنظمة الكهربائية
- فحص وإصلاح وصيانة الأنظمة الكهربائية، بما في ذلك الإضاءة، ولوحات توزيع الطاقة، والأسلاك.
- تشخيص وحل المشاكل الكهربائية لمنع التوقف أو الانقطاع.
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية على المولدات وأنظمة الطاقة الاحتياطية.
أنظمة السباكة
- فحص وصيانة أنظمة السباكة، بما في ذلك إمدادات المياه والصرف الصحي والأنظمة الصحية.
- إصلاح التسريبات والانسدادات وغيرها من مشاكل السباكة على الفور.
الصيانة الوقائية
- تنفيذ والالتزام بجدول الصيانة الوقائية لجميع أنظمة الميكانيكا الكهربائية والميكانيكية.
- تحديد المشكلات المحتملة ومعالجتها قبل أن تؤدي إلى فشل المعدات.
الامتثال والسلامة
- تأكد من أن جميع أنظمة MEP تلبي معايير السلامة والامتثال المحلية.
- إجراء فحوصات السلامة بشكل منتظم على جميع المعدات والأنظمة.
- اتبع سياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها لممارسات العمل الآمنة.
