We are looking for a motivated, hardworking, and hands-on Customer Success Manager (CSM) to help our customers realize and improve the value of their MongoDB subscription and services.

- 5-7 years relevant experience working in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-focused role

- 2+ years of technical product experience or education
- Bachelor's degree, technical degree preferred

Position Expectations

- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي
- الشعور بالراحة في التواصل والتعاون مع قادة الهندسة والخبراء الفنيين وأصحاب المصلحة غير الفنيين عبر وحدات الأعمال
