Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in ERP customer support or implementation.
- Technical and Functional Expertise: Ability to handle both technical and functional areas effectively.
- ERP Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP systems is highly desired. Demonstrated ability to learn, understand, and apply new systems and software.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong understanding of customer needs and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented attitude.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional customer service skills, including follow-up with clients and team members, and the initiative to anticipate and solve problems.
- Business Function Knowledge: In-depth understanding of any business function (e.g., general accounting with indirect taxation, consolidation, supply chain process) is an added advantage.

Senior CRM Functional Consultant
About the Job
Position: Senior/Lead CRM Functional Consultant
Location: India/Dubai
Full-time
At Intwo, we're looking for a Senior/Lead CRM Functional Consultant to join our team. As a candidate for the Microsoft Dynamics Senior/Lead CRM Consultant, you will be required to facilitate the implementation of Dynamics 365 (CRM) systems.
Who We Want?
- Minimum of 5+ years with Dynamics or leading Microsoft D365 Solutions.
- Previous experience in a Project Management role.
- Relevant business experience in the IT services sector.
- Experience of managing a project budget.
- Relevant experience in a business-to-business consulting environment.
- Certified to deliver projects using the Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step PMP or Prince Certification would be a plus.
What You Need to Do?
- Be responsible for the delivery of high-quality CRM projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget.
- Lead the development of relevant project processes and documentation, including project roadmaps.
- Liaise with PMO administrators to ensure projects are billed regularly and accurately.
- Determine the needs of each project and the required business resources to implement CRM systems, clarifying and defining the strategy and objectives of each client.
D365 Functional Consultant
About You
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Dynamics AX/F&O.
- Experience:
- Experience in developing functional specifications for Dynamics AX enhancements and integrations.
- Experience with setup, configuration, implementation, integration, and testing of AX solutions using best practices implementation methodology and/or Microsoft Sure Step methodology.
- Extensive experience in supply chain areas like Order Management, Inventory, Distribution & Transportation Management, Planning & Scheduling, Product Management, Workflow Management, etc.
- Experience in designing and creating test scenarios, functional test cases, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to work in a consulting environment.
- Knowledge in integration applications, base workflows/security settings.
- Experience with product master/hierarchy of the products/warehouse management.
- Experience in the Data Management Framework (DMF) for transferring inventory/master data.
- Travel: Must be willing to travel internationally and domestically as and when required.
