Exciting Career Opportunity: Real Estate Broker
We are currently expanding our dynamic team and are on the lookout for an experienced Real Estate Broker (Chinese Speaker) in Dubai. If you have in-depth knowledge of the city and are an expert in a specific area, we want you on our team!
What You'll Do:
- Assessing property value and setting competitive prices.
- Advertising properties, arranging showings, and creating listings.
- Advising and representing either buyers or sellers throughout the transaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, clients, contractors, inspectors, and other third parties involved in the buying/selling process.
- Overseeing inspections, appraisals, and the closing process.
- Assisting with post-sale follow-ups and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Provide clients with updates on properties, schedule showings, and assist in answering questions regarding property details, pricing, or the buying/selling process.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 6 months of experience in Dubai's real estate sector.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to exceed client expectations.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

ماذا ستقوم به:
- تقييم قيمة العقارات وتحديد الأسعار التنافسية.
- الإعلان عن العقارات، وتنظيم المعارض، وإنشاء القوائم.
- تقديم المشورة وتمثيل المشتريين أو البائعين طوال عملية المعاملة.
- الحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع وكلاء العقارات والعملاء والمقاولين والمفتشين وغيرهم من الأطراف الثالثة المشاركة في عملية الشراء/البيع.
- الإشراف على الفحوصات، والتقييمات، وعمليات الإغلاق.
- المساعدة في المتابعة بعد البيع وضمان الانتقالات السلسة.
- توفير التحديثات للعملاء حول العقارات، وتنظيم المعارض، والمساعدة في الإجابة على الأسئلة بشأن تفاصيل العقار، والأسعار، أو عملية الشراء/البيع.
ما نبحث عنه:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6 أشهر في قطاع العقارات في دبي.
- الطلاقة في اللغتين الصينية والإنجليزية.
- مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على التعامل مع الآخرين.
- نهج استباقي لحل المشكلات ورغبة في تجاوز توقعات العملاء.
- العمل الجماعي مع موقف إيجابي واستعداد للتعلم.
