We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, and manage Access Technology networks/switches. This includes LAN, WAN, and other network systems to ensure optimal performance and security. The ideal candidate will also troubleshoot network issues, upgrade hardware/software, and collaborate with IT teams to align network infrastructure with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Implementation:
- Plan, design, and deploy network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, etc.).
- Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other network hardware.
- Ensure network scalability to support future growth.
- Design, implement, and manage public Wi-Fi services in urban, rural, enterprise, and commercial environments.
- Conduct site surveys, network planning, and Wi-Fi optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in public Wi-Fi services.
- Develop and maintain network documentation.
- Monitoring and Maintenance:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure network stability.
- Implement updates, patches, and upgrades for network hardware and software.
- Perform network backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Security Management:
- Implement and manage network security protocols, including firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection.
- Conduct security audits and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to address vulnerabilities.
- Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide technical support to internal teams and end-users.
- Diagnose and resolve network problems quickly.
- Document network configurations and processes.
- Support business applications in collaboration with IT and development teams.
Required Qualifications
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, HPE, Huawei hardware.
- Proficiency in configuring firewalls, switches, and routers.
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with public Wi-Fi deployment using vendors like Aruba, ANTlabs, Aislelabs, Cisco Meraki.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Cisco, HPE, Huawei, Aruba, ANTlabs, Aislelabs certifications.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Conditions
- Must be based in Dubai / Sharjah, UAE.
- 4+ years of experience in the UAE market, ideally with System Integrators or OEMs.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- التصميم والتنفيذ:
- تخطيط وتصميم وتنفيذ بنية الشبكة (LAN، WAN، WLAN، VPN، وما إلى ذلك).
- تكوين أجهزة التوجيه والمحولات والجدران النارية وأجهزة الشبكة الأخرى.
- ضمان قابلية توسعة الشبكة لدعم النمو المستقبلي.
- تصميم وتنفيذ وإدارة خدمات الواي فاي العامة في بيئات متنوعة (الحضرية، الريفية، التجارية، والمؤسسية).
- إجراء مسوحات الموقع، وتخطيط الشبكة، وتحسين شبكات الواي فاي.
- متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات في خدمات الواي فاي العامة.
- تطوير وصيانة الوثائق الخاصة بالشبكة.
- المراقبة والصيانة:
- مراقبة أداء الشبكة وحل مشكلات الاتصال.
- إجراء الصيانة الروتينية لضمان استقرار الشبكة.
- تنفيذ التحديثات والترقيات للأجهزة والبرامج الشبكية.
- إجراء النسخ الاحتياطي للشبكة والتخطيط للطوارئ.
- إدارة الأمان:
- تنفيذ وإدارة بروتوكولات أمان الشبكة مثل الجدران النارية، والتشفير، وأنظمة الكشف/الوقاية من التسلل.
- إجراء تدقيقات أمنية وتقييمات للمخاطر.
- التعاون مع فرق الأمن السيبراني لمعالجة الثغرات وضمان الامتثال للمعايير الأمنية.
- الدعم وحل المشكلات:
- تقديم الدعم الفني للفرق الداخلية والمستخدمين النهائيين.
- تشخيص وحل مشكلات الشبكة بسرعة لتقليل فترة التوقف.
- توثيق تكوينات الشبكة والتغييرات والإجراءات.
- دعم التطبيقات التجارية بالتعاون مع فرق تكنولوجيا المعلومات والتطوير.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- الخلفية التعليمية:
- درجة بكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- المهارات التقنية:
- معرفة متعمقة ببروتوكولات الشبكة (TCP/IP، DNS، DHCP، وما إلى ذلك).
- خبرة عملية مع أجهزة الشبكة مثل Cisco، HPE، Huawei.
- إجادة تكوين الجدران النارية والمحولات وأجهزة التوجيه.
- خبرة في الشبكات السحابية (AWS، Azure، Google Cloud).
- خبرة في نشر واي فاي العامة باستخدام شركات مثل Aruba، ANTlabs، Aislelabs، Cisco Meraki.
- الشهادات (مفضلة):
- شهادات Cisco، HPE، Huawei، Aruba، ANTlabs، Aislelabs.
- المهارات الشخصية:
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والتحليل.
- مهارات اتصال وعمل جماعي ممتازة.
- القدرة على إدارة مهام ومشاريع متعددة في نفس الوقت.
الشروط
- يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً في دبي / الشارقة، الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في سوق الإمارات، ويفضل مع شركات التكامل النظامي أو الشركات المصنعة.
