 Lead Mechanical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical design and analysis of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Skids, Tanks, and Structures in compliance with ASME, TEMA, customer datasheets, and project specifications.

Utilize industry-standard tools such as PV Elite, Codeware Compress, Tekla, and AutoCAD for design and drafting.

Prepare and review mechanical datasheets for heat exchangers and other equipment.

Lead the preparation of Material Requisitions (MR/PR) and Material Take-Offs (MTOs) with Technical Delivery Conditions (TDC) for project-related materials.

Supervise and provide inputs for the preparation of fabrication drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software.

Support procurement by reviewing vendor offers and providing technical bid evaluations.

Collaborate with the QA/QC team for design-related audits, document submissions, and customer inspections.

Provide technical support during the bidding stage for estimation and proposal preparation.

Ensure that all design and engineering deliverables are completed within project timelines and adhere to the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Operations Director – Radiator Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

Operations Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies to ensure efficient, high-quality radiator manufacturing across all facilities.

Production Oversight: Lead, coordinate, and optimize production processes to meet delivery timelines, cost targets, and product standards.

Team Leadership: Direct and mentor production, engineering, and quality assurance teams, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Process Optimization: Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.

Quality Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to quality management systems, including ISO standards, to maintain product excellence.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

إجراء التصميم الميكانيكي وتحليل الأوعية المضغوطة والمبادلات الحرارية والمزالج والخزانات والهياكل وفقًا لمعايير ASME و TEMA وبيانات العملاء ومواصفات المشروع.

استخدم أدوات قياسية في الصناعة مثل PV Elite، وCodeware Compress، وTekla، وAutoCAD للتصميم والرسم.

إعداد ومراجعة بيانات الميكانيكية للمبادلات الحرارية والمعدات الأخرى.

قيادة إعداد طلبات المواد (MR/PR) وعمليات استلام المواد (MTOs) مع شروط التسليم الفنية (TDC) للمواد المرتبطة بالمشروع.

الإشراف على تقديم المدخلات لإعداد رسومات التصنيع باستخدام برنامج AutoCAD وبرامج الرسم الأخرى.

دعم المشتريات من خلال مراجعة عروض البائعين وتوفير تقييمات العطاءات الفنية.

التعاون مع فريق ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة لإجراء عمليات التدقيق المتعلقة بالتصميم، وتقديم المستندات، وعمليات تفتيش العملاء.

تقديم الدعم الفني خلال مرحلة تقديم العطاءات لتقدير وإعداد المقترح.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

قيادة العمليات: تطوير وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات التشغيلية لضمان تصنيع المبردات بكفاءة وعالي الجودة في جميع المرافق.

الإشراف على الإنتاج: قيادة وتنسيق وتحسين عمليات الإنتاج لتلبية مواعيد التسليم وأهداف التكلفة ومعايير المنتج.

القيادة الجماعية: توجيه وإرشاد فرق الإنتاج والهندسة وضمان الجودة، وتعزيز ثقافة المساءلة والسلامة والتحسين المستمر.

تحسين العمليات: تنفيذ مبادئ التصنيع المرن لتعزيز الإنتاجية وتقليل النفايات وتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية.

ضمان الجودة: ضمان الالتزام الصارم بأنظمة إدارة الجودة، بما في ذلك معايير ISO، للحفاظ على تميز المنتج.
