Facilities Supervisor (MEP)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical).

• Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in MEP and HVAC systems.

• Expertise in systems such as FAHU, AHU, and VRF is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee MEP operations across residential and commercial properties.

• Monitor preventive maintenance and respond to technical faults.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and technical teams.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Housekeeping Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Hotel Management or a related field.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in residential, commercial, or hotel housekeeping supervision.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily cleaning of common areas such as lobbies, staircases, corridors, and elevators.

• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for smooth housekeeping operations.

Engineer – Facilities Management (MEP)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• 4 to 7 years of experience in facilities management, focusing on:

  • HVAC systems (FAHU, AHU, VRF)

  • Plumbing and firefighting systems

  • Electrical and power distribution

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot MEP issues across various sites.

• Execute preventive maintenance and ensure timely repairs.

• Oversee safety systems and ensure proper functioning of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure.

• مراقبة الصيانة الوقائية والاستجابة للأعطال الفنية.

• التنسيق مع البائعين والمقاولين والفرق الفنية.

مشرف التدبير المنزلي

المؤهلات:

• درجة البكالوريوس، ويفضل أن تكون في إدارة الفنادق أو مجال ذي صلة.

• من 3 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة في الإشراف على التدبير المنزلي السكني أو التجاري أو الفندقي.

• مهارات قوية في التواصل والقيادة.

المسؤوليات:

• الإشراف على التنظيف اليومي للمناطق المشتركة مثل الردهات والسلالم والممرات والمصاعد.

• التنسيق مع الأقسام الداخلية والموردين لضمان سير العمليات الإدارية بسلاسة.

• ضمان النظافة والصحة والاستخدام الصحيح لمواد التنظيف.

• قيادة فرق التدبير المنزلي والحفاظ على معايير الجودة.

مهندس - إدارة المرافق (MEP)

المؤهلات:

• - درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية .

• من 4 إلى 7 سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة المرافق، مع التركيز على:
