Senior Online Merchandiser English + Arabic

 Functional/Technical Competencies:

 • Proficiency in using website content management systems and e-commerce platforms such as Salesforce (MUST), Akeneo, Fluent, etc.

• Strong command of MS Office Suite, especially Excel for reporting and data analysis.

• Basic technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to interact with multiple software systems.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

 Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, category management, or digital marketing. Demonstrated experience in executing website updates, reporting, or promotional tasks.

•Business level proficiency of both Written and spoken Arabic & English is mandatory

Assistant Category Manager

Experience:

-7 years + 3 years related experience in category management or e-commerce operations. 

- Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with BI tools is a plus. 

- Familiarity with e-commerce and marketplace operations.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- High level of initiative and attention to detail.

كبير تجار التجزئة عبر الإنترنت (الإنجليزية + العربية)

 الكفاءات الوظيفية/الفنية:

 • الكفاءة في استخدام أنظمة إدارة محتوى المواقع الإلكترونية ومنصات التجارة الإلكترونية مثل Salesforce (MUST)، وAkeneo، وFluent، وغيرها.

• إتقان قوي لبرامج MS Office، وخاصة برنامج Excel لإعداد التقارير وتحليل البيانات.

• مهارات استكشاف الأخطاء التقنية الأساسية والقدرة على التفاعل مع أنظمة برمجية متعددة.

• الاهتمام بالتفاصيل ومهارات تنظيمية قوية.

 خبرة:

• خبرة من ٣ إلى ٥ سنوات في عمليات التجارة الإلكترونية، أو إدارة الفئات، أو التسويق الرقمي. خبرة مثبتة في تنفيذ تحديثات المواقع الإلكترونية، أو إعداد التقارير، أو المهام الترويجية.

•إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابةً على مستوى الأعمال أمر إلزامي

خبرة:

-7 سنوات + 3 سنوات خبرة ذات صلة بإدارة الفئات أو عمليات التجارة الإلكترونية. 

- مهارات تحليلية قوية ومهارات في استخدام برنامج Excel؛ الخبرة في أدوات BI تعتبر ميزة إضافية. 

- المعرفة بعمليات التجارة الإلكترونية والسوق.

- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.

- مستوى عال من المبادرة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
