Payroll Professional

Responsibilities

Payroll Management: Process and oversee end-to-end payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.

Compliance and Regulations: Stay up-to-date with local labor laws （e.g, attendance and time tracking）, tax requirements, and social security regulations to ensure payroll is compliant with all legal requirements.

Data Accuracy and Reporting: Review, audit, and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy. Generate and analyze payroll reports for internal stakeholders and external audits.

Tax and Benefits Administration: Oversee the calculation and remittance of taxes, benefits, and other deductions in accordance with local country requirements.
