Digital Marketing Manager - Ecommerce

About the Job

Royal Avenue is an established joint venture between Daud Investments and the Oman Investment Authority, with the goal of bringing well-known international brands to the GCC region and providing exceptional shopping and dining experiences. Our portfolio includes Middle East Retail Group and Gourmet Gulf, both leading companies in their respective industries. Middle East Retail Group focuses on developing partnerships with retail brands with significant growth opportunities, such as Hamleys, Nous Paris, Hadoro, and Pylones.

The Ecommerce Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, increase conversions, and enhance customer engagement across various online channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize business performance, develop brand partnerships, and manage a comprehensive email marketing program. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven decision-making to meet and exceed business objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to increase customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Segment and target customer lists based on behaviors, preferences, and demographics to personalize communication.
Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize for continuous improvement.
Identify, onboard, and nurture affiliate partners to increase brand awareness, traffic, and sales.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate networks, influencers, and brand partners.
Negotiate partnership terms, track performance, and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Analyze ecommerce business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Develop reports and dashboards to track key metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
Work closely with the ecommerce team to implement growth strategies and optimize the customer journey.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically within ecommerce, with a focus on email marketing, affiliate marketing, and partnerships.
Proven experience managing email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.) and marketing automation tools.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., ShareASale, Rakuten, etc.) and performance tracking.
Experience working with influencers and brand partnerships to drive growth.
Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and measure performance (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.).
