As a PR and Events Intern at Damas Jewellery, you will gain hands-on experience in public relations, event planning, and marketing within the luxury jewellery industry. You will have the opportunity to assist in organizing high-profile events, liaise with media outlets, and help with the execution of brand-building activities that increase the visibility and reputation of Damas Jewellery.

We are currently looking to add Sales Consultants to our fabulous teams here in the UAE. Our Sales Consultants take great pride in their product knowledge and work hard to provide exceptional service to our customers.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a luxury retail environment or have relevant customer service experience (i.e., high-end hospitality). A proven track record in achieving sales targets and building customer relationships is essential. You must be flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Proficiency in Arabic is not a must but is preferred.

Role Overview and Responsibilities
As an online merchandiser, you'll play a vital role in inventory forecasting, sales analysis, and data-driven inventory planning. You will manage e-commerce reporting, stock levels, and product performance, and oversee product lifecycles to optimize sales.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product launches and promotions are supported by effective inventory strategies.
Senior Product Manager
Required Experience, Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 8-10+ years of experience in product management, buying, merchandising, or retail/e-commerce operations, with at least 2-3 years in the Luxury Retail industry (highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
- Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams to deliver successful products from concept to execution.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize processes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with inventory management systems, and merchandising tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the Jewellery industry or similar retail sectors.
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools or predictive analytics in buying and merchandising processes.
- Expertise in customer segmentation, trend forecasting, and assortment planning.
