Senior Quantity Surveyor
About the Job
- Assists PM and PCM in the preparation and evaluation of monthly interim certificates, including those for the company, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Measures quantities related to approved drawings, documents, and compares with contracts.
- Assists PM and PCM in preparing Monthly Progress-Cost Reports.
- Collects information from the Production Department and storekeeper to perform accurate cost and progress reports.
- Assists PM and PCM in evaluating and agreeing on contract variation orders.
- Assists PM and PCM in contractual matters.
- Prepares material schedules in coordination with the Planning Engineer, PM, and PCM to ensure they are detailed and compatible with the contractual work schedule.
- Controls and verifies all purchase orders, comparing them with invoices of received and accepted materials in coordination with PQM, purchaser, and Storekeeper.
- Measures repair costs for defective/repeated/replaced/unused works or materials in coordination with PQM.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying.
- 12+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying in building construction projects, preferably in large contracting companies in the GCC.
Draftsman - Structure / Architecture
Draftsman - Architecture:
- Shop Drawing Production: Ability to prepare detailed shop drawings for various architectural components, including general arrangement, framing plans, block work, finishing, landscaping, and other architectural details.
- CAD and Revit Proficiency: Mastery of CAD and Revit software for accurately translating design concepts into detailed construction plans.
- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to coordinate architectural design requirements, resolve technical issues, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Apply problem-solving abilities to address challenges and optimize architectural designs for efficiency, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
Requirements:
- Qualified candidates with 5-7 years of experience with main contractors on high-rise building or villa projects.
Job Performer
About the Job:
- Participate in risk assessments and pre-job meetings as required.
- Collect and review all work permits prior to the daily work permit meeting to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
- Ensure compliance with the work permit procedure.
- Assess interference between activities.
- Perform preliminary site visits to work locations as required.
- Participate in daily work permit coordination meetings.
- Ensure smooth permit opening sessions every morning, taking into account operational priorities.
- Visit working sites to track progress and identify any changes in the environment not foreseen during the work permit preparation.
- Ensure the safety of operations covered by the PTW system in compliance with HSE rules.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience and thorough knowledge of industrial oil and gas civil works.
- Familiar with various civil works such as excavation, concrete works, waterproofing, painting, scaffolding, plastering, etc.
- Similar experience working as a Supervisor / Job Performer in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Strong skills in managing workforce and equipment.
- Knowledge of civil tools, tackles, construction equipment, and rigging accessories.
- Familiarity with oil & gas HSE requirements, work practices, and quality standards.
- Ability to work at heights, on platforms, scaffolding, building roofs, confined spaces, trenches, etc.
Safety Officer
Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Diploma or Bachelor of Science/Engineering Degree in HSE, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Marine, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum Qualification: NEBOSH General Certificate in OHS (or NVQ level 3 equivalent) and ISO-45001 Lead Auditor qualification mandatory. Preferable OSHA 10–30 Hrs General Industry Safety and Health Program and/or other HSE-related training.
- Minimum Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in the field of Health and Safety in engineering construction projects (building or Oil & Gas projects).
- For Oil & Gas: ADNOC-approved candidates will be preferred.
Land Surveyor
About the Job:
- Comply with all requirements for the control of measuring and monitoring devices related to survey equipment.
- Study project drawings to familiarize with them, interpret them, and identify critical issues.
- Find solutions to common drawing dimension conflicts.
- Make sketches as required by PM/PCM/PE.
- Master survey equipment and required survey calculations.
- Complete assigned tasks as scheduled.
- Monitor the application of measuring and monitoring devices on site in coordination with PM, PQM, Production team, and Senior Site Surveyor.
- Ensure the calibration status of devices and follow-up actions as necessary.
- Verify the last three important measurements taken with faulty equipment, using calibrated devices before identifying out-of-calibration equipment.
- Protect all survey tools and equipment under custody.
- Plan, organize, and foresee potential issues with responsible PE.
- Work independently and reliably without continuous supervision.
- Communicate effectively with site management and personnel.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Surveying.
- 5+ years of experience, preferably in construction projects (buildings, villas, etc.).
- Ability to operate surveying equipment.
- Well-versed in AutoCAD.

مسّاح كميات أول
عن الوظيفة:
- مساعدة مدير المشروع (PM) ومدير التنسيق (PCM) في إعداد وتقييم الشهادات الشهرية المؤقتة، بما في ذلك تلك الخاصة بالشركة، المقاولين الفرعيين، والموردين.
- قياس الكميات المتعلقة بالرسومات المعتمدة، الوثائق، والمقارنة مع العقود.
- مساعدة PM و PCM في إعداد تقارير تقدم العمل والتكلفة الشهرية.
- جمع المعلومات من قسم الإنتاج وأمين المخزن لإعداد تقارير دقيقة عن التكلفة والتقدم.

المتطلبات:
- درجة البكالريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مسّاحة الكميات.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 سنة في مسّاحة الكميات في مشاريع بناء، ويفضل في شركات مقاولات كبيرة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
رسام - هيكل / عمارة
رسام - عمارة:
- إنتاج رسومات ورش العمل: القدرة على إعداد رسومات ورش العمل التفصيلية لمكونات معمارية متنوعة، بما في ذلك الترتيب العام، خطط الإطار، أعمال البلوك، التشطيبات، تنسيق الحدائق، والتفاصيل المعمارية الأخرى.
- إجادة استخدام برامج CAD وRevit: إتقان استخدام برامج CAD وRevit لترجمة المفاهيم التصميمية إلى خطط بناء تفصيلية بدقة.
- العمل الجماعي: العمل بشكل وثيق مع المهندسين المعماريين والمهندسين ومديري المشاريع لتنسيق متطلبات التصميم المعماري وحل القضايا الفنية وضمان التوافق مع أهداف المشروع.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل: إظهار دقة واهتمام بالغ بالتفاصيل لضمان التوافق مع المعايير الصناعية والمواصفات الخاصة بالمشروع.
- مهارات حل المشكلات: تطبيق مهارات حل المشكلات لمواجهة التحديات وتحسين التصاميم المعمارية من أجل الكفاءة، والوظيفية، والجاذبية الجمالية.
المتطلبات:
- مرشحون مؤهلون لديهم خبرة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات مع المقاولين الرئيسيين في مشاريع المباني المرتفعة أو الفلل.
منفذ الوظائف
عن الوظيفة:
- المشاركة في تقييمات المخاطر واجتماعات ما قبل العمل حسب الحاجة.
- جمع ومراجعة جميع تصاريح العمل قبل الاجتماع اليومي لتصاريح العمل لضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة.
- ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات تصاريح العمل.
- تقييم التداخل بين الأنشطة.
- إجراء زيارات مبدئية للموقع حسب الحاجة.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات تنسيق تصاريح العمل اليومية.
- ضمان سير جلسات فتح التصاريح بسلاسة كل صباح مع مراعاة الأولويات التشغيلية.
- زيارة مواقع العمل لتتبع التقدم وتحديد أي تغييرات في البيئة لم تكن متوقعة أثناء إعداد التصاريح.
- ضمان سلامة العمليات التي يغطيها نظام PTW بما يتماشى مع قواعد الصحة والسلامة.
المتطلبات:
- دبلوم أو درجة في الهندسة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 إلى 5 سنوات في أعمال البناء الصناعية في مجال النفط والغاز.
- دراية بالأعمال المدنية مثل الحفر، أعمال الخرسانة، العزل، الطلاء، السقالات، الجص، إلخ.
- خبرة مماثلة في العمل كمشرف أو منفذ وظائف في قطاع النفط والغاز.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة القوى العاملة والمعدات.
- معرفة بالأدوات المدنية والمعدات الإنشائية وملحقات الرفع.
- إلمام بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة المهنية في النفط والغاز، والممارسات العملية، ومعايير الجودة.
- القدرة على العمل على الارتفاعات، وعلى المنصات، السقالات، أسطح المباني، الأماكن الضيقة، الخنادق، إلخ.
ضابط صحة وسلامة
المتطلبات:
- الحد الأدنى من المؤهل: دبلوم أو درجة بكالوريوس في الصحة والسلامة البيئية (HSE)، أو الهندسة المدنية، الميكانيكية، الكهربائية، البحرية، أو الهندسة الصناعية أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
- الحد الأدنى من المؤهل: شهادة NEBOSH العامة في الصحة والسلامة المهنية (أو ما يعادلها من NVQ المستوى 3) وشهادة ISO-45001 Lead Auditor. يفضل شهادة OSHA 10-30 ساعة في برنامج الصحة والسلامة للصناعات العامة أو تدريب آخر متعلق بالصحة والسلامة.
- الحد الأدنى من الخبرة: 5 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في مجال الصحة والسلامة في مشاريع البناء (مشاريع بناء أو النفط والغاز).
- للنفط والغاز: يفضل المرشحون الحاصلون على اعتماد ADNOC.
مسّاح أراضي
عن الوظيفة:
- الامتثال لجميع متطلبات التحكم في أجهزة القياس والمراقبة المتعلقة بمعدات المسح.
- دراسة رسومات المشروع للتعرف عليها، وتفسيرها، وتحديد القضايا المهمة.
- إيجاد حلول للتناقضات في أبعاد الرسومات الشائعة.
- إعداد الرسوم البيانية كما هو مطلوب من PM/PCM/PE.
- إتقان معدات المسح والحسابات المساحية المطلوبة.
- إتمام المهام المكلفة في الوقت المحدد.
- مراقبة تطبيق أجهزة القياس والمراقبة في الموقع بالتنسيق مع PM، PQM، فريق الإنتاج، ومسّاح الموقع الأول.
- التأكد من حالة معايرة الأجهزة واتخاذ إجراءات متابعة حسب الحاجة.
- التحقق من آخر ثلاث قياسات هامة تم اتخاذها باستخدام معدات غير معايرة باستخدام الأجهزة المعايرة قبل تحديد المعدات غير المعايرة.
- حماية جميع أدوات ومعدات المسح تحت الحراسة.
- التخطيط والتنظيم والتنبؤ بالقضايا المحتملة مع PE المسؤول.
- العمل بشكل مستقل وموثوق دون إشراف مستمر.
- التواصل الفعال مع إدارة الموقع والعاملين.
المتطلبات:
- درجة/دبلوم في المساحة.
- خبرة تزيد عن 5 سنوات، ويفضل في المشاريع الإنشائية (المباني، الفلل، إلخ).
- القدرة على تشغيل معدات المسح.
- إلمام ببرنامج AutoCAD.
