Contracts Manager
Details
Contracts Manager to join Azizi Energy in Dubai. This role is central to managing the full spectrum of contractual activities across energy and power infrastructure projects, including contract drafting, negotiation, claims management, and dispute support. The role requires a strong understanding of international contracting standards, particularly FIDIC, and hands-on experience with consultancy, supply, construction, and power-related agreements. The Contracts Manager will work closely with the General Manager – Azizi Energy, project teams, and Group-level contracts leadership to protect commercial interests, mitigate risks, and ensure contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Negotiate and manage contracts and contractual instruments including NDAs, MOUs, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), LTSAs, and related agreements.
