The Procurement Executive - Construction role requires strong understanding of construction procurement processes, including material planning, supplier sourcing, RFQs, vendor comparison, negotiations, LPO preparation, system uploads, order follow-up, and procurement documentation.

• تخطيط وتقييم احتياجات المواد بالتنسيق مع فرق الموقع، بما يشمل الكميات والمواصفات والجداول الزمنية.
• Plan and assess material requirements in coordination with site teams, including quantities, specifications, and timelines.
• البحث عن الموردين وتقييمهم والحصول على عروض الأسعار ومقارنة الموردين من حيث السعر والجودة والتسليم.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain RFQs, and compare vendors based on price, quality, and delivery.

• Negotiate with suppliers on prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and agreements.

• Prepare LPOs, upload them into the system, and follow up on order status and payment processes.
• إعداد وتنظيم قوائم المواد المستلمة من فرق الموقع.
• Prepare and organize material lists received from site teams.
• إدارة علاقات الموردين لضمان الجودة والموثوقية والتسليم في الوقت المحدد.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and timely delivery.

• Coordinate with inventory and site teams to maintain proper stock levels and avoid delays.
