Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the overall operations of the franchise network.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure business growth and profitability.
• Oversee franchise recruitment, training, and support to ensure high standards of service.
Monitor franchise performance and provide guidance to achieve targets.
Foster strong relationships with franchisees, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
