Strategy Intern

Sales Executive – Inside Sales

You will be a driven sales professional who excels in telephonic sales and is consistently able to close deals vs occasional field visits. You will be responsible to build and maintain large portfolios for many organisations while over-achieving sales targets.
In this role, you will:
• Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing sales
• Prospect customers using various sources from cold, warm, and hot leads
• Qualify prospects against product, service, and company's requirements
• Consult with prospects about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of proposed packages that would suit their needs

 Senior Product Designer

Your role is crucial in driving design solutions that solve complex problems with a user-centred focus. You will influence and shape the direction of our products across all platforms. Your advanced understanding and implementation of design principles, combined with your ability to mentor and elevate other team members, makes you an essential player in our team's mission to deliver unparalleled digital experiences.
In this role, you will:
• Lead complex design projects from concept development to execution across various platforms
• Conduct in-depth user research and usability studies to guide design decisions and propose innovative solutions

 Graphic/Multimedia Designer

You will have a natural eye for design across print and digital mediums. You will possess the drive to inspire dynamic ideas which connect with our audience. You will be working in a team of designers and videographers in close partnership with the Marketing and Performance Marketing wings, delivering quality work across our Marketing platforms.
In this role, you will:
• Produce fresh, innovative work that translates ideas into compelling visuals for our audience
• Develop visuals for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, email templates, and website banners, ensuring they are

 Product Growth Associate
You will be responsible for building data driven strategies and products in addition to extracting and analyzing data to make recommendations for identifying new growth opportunities for the business.
In this role, you will:
• Perform quantitative analysis and monitor, mine and present data to recommend improvements in for driving growth
• Able to see beyond the numbers and understand how users interact with our products
• Simplify concepts to build buy-in and liaison with the development teams to execute on various projects
• Understand business model and the user funnels to identify required step-changes for growth
• Define OKRs and roadmap for the initiatives and experiments
• Plan and perform A/B experiments and track and analyze the results

في هذا الدور، ستقوم بما يلي:
• إدارة دورة المبيعات بأكملها، من البحث عن عملاء محتملين إلى إتمام الصفقات
• جذب عملاء محتملين من مصادر متنوعة، من عملاء محتملين عاديين ودافئين وساخنين
• تقييم العملاء المحتملين وفقًا لمتطلبات المنتج والخدمة والشركة

 مصمم منتجات أول

دورك أساسي في تطوير حلول تصميمية تُعالج المشكلات المعقدة بتركيز على المستخدم. ستؤثر على توجه منتجاتنا وتُشكله عبر جميع المنصات. فهمك المُتقدم وتطبيقك لمبادئ التصميم، بالإضافة إلى قدرتك على توجيه أعضاء الفريق الآخرين وتطويرهم، يجعلك عنصرًا أساسيًا في مهمة فريقنا لتقديم تجارب رقمية لا مثيل لها.
في هذا الدور، ستقوم بما يلي:
• قيادة مشاريع تصميم مُعقدة من تطوير الفكرة إلى التنفيذ عبر منصات مُختلفة
• إجراء أبحاث مُعمّقة حول المستخدم ودراسات قابلية الاستخدام لتوجيه قرارات التصميم واقتراح حلول مُبتكرة.

 مصمم جرافيك/وسائط متعددة

ستتمتع بنظرة ثاقبة للتصميم عبر الوسائط المطبوعة والرقمية. ستمتلك الدافع لإلهام أفكار ديناميكية تتواصل مع جمهورنا. ستعمل ضمن فريق من المصممين ومصوري الفيديو بشراكة وثيقة مع قسمي التسويق والتسويق عالي الأداء، لتقديم أعمال عالية الجودة عبر منصات التسويق لدينا.
في هذا الدور، ستقوم بما يلي:
• إنتاج أعمال جديدة ومبتكرة تترجم الأفكار إلى صور جذابة لجمهورنا

 مساعد نمو المنتج
: ستكون مسؤولاً عن بناء استراتيجيات ومنتجات قائمة على البيانات، بالإضافة إلى استخراج البيانات وتحليلها لتقديم توصيات لتحديد فرص نمو جديدة للشركة.
في هذا الدور، ستقوم بما يلي:
• إجراء تحليل كمي ومراقبة البيانات واستخراجها وتقديمها للتوصية بالتحسينات اللازمة لدفع عجلة النمو.
• القدرة على رؤية ما وراء الأرقام وفهم كيفية تفاعل المستخدمين مع منتجاتنا.
