About the Role
The Senior Planning Engineer is responsible for supervising and coordinating all planning-related activities to ensure project timelines are met efficiently and professionally.

Details

• Monitor subcontractors’ programs and align them with the main project construction schedule
• Initiate and respond to all planning and time-related correspondence with consultants and subcontractors
• Attend all site coordination meetings with consultants and subcontractors
• Coordinate or supervise cost/time impact studies on project variations to assess claim validity, in collaboration with the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor
• Maintain production rates for equipment and labor across all trades
• Prepare and issue time impact programs to substantiate/support claims (if applicable) during the post-construction phase

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction planning
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera or MS Project
• Ability to analyze variations and prepare accurate time impact assessments

يتولى مهندس التخطيط الرئيسي مسؤولية الإشراف على جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بالتخطيط وتنسيقها لضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية للمشروع بكفاءة واحترافية.

تفاصيل

• مراقبة برامج المقاولين من الباطن ومواءمتها مع جدول البناء الرئيسي للمشروع
• البدء في الرد على جميع المراسلات المتعلقة بالتخطيط والوقت مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين من الباطن
• حضور جميع اجتماعات تنسيق الموقع مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين من الباطن
• تنسيق أو الإشراف على دراسات تأثير التكلفة / الوقت على اختلافات المشروع لتقييم صحة المطالبة، بالتعاون مع مدير المشروع ومساح الكميات
• الحفاظ على معدلات الإنتاج للمعدات والعمالة في جميع المهن
• إعداد وإصدار برامج التأثير الزمني لإثبات/دعم المطالبات (إن وجدت) خلال مرحلة ما بعد البناء

متطلبات

• خبرة مثبتة في تخطيط البناء
• مهارات قوية في التنسيق والتواصل
• الكفاءة في برامج التخطيط مثل Primavera أو MS Project
• القدرة على تحليل الاختلافات وإعداد تقييمات دقيقة لتأثير الوقت
