Your Responsibilities Will Include
Leading and providing oversight on contractual negotiations with third parties.
Leading contract reviews from a commercial, and operational perspective, contract negotiation, and liaising with the legal team as required.
Advising key internal stakeholders on commercial & contract risks and developing and implementing risk management strategies and plans.
Ensuring all contracts are compliant with corporate policy and meet regulatory requirements.
Tracking and reporting on contracts reviewed on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Coaching, motivating, and developing team members and ensuring high operational standards.
