Cabin Crew (6 Months Contract)

Responsibilities

Participate in preflight briefings concerning flight details, emergency procedures, crew coordination, lengths of flights, food and beverage services offered, and numbers of passengers.

Check to ensure that food, beverages, emergency equipment, and other supplies are aboard and are in adequate supply.

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times in accordance with grooming standards.

Responsible for serviceability and cleanliness of the aircraft cabin, galley and lavatory.

Conduct pre-flight safety and security checks to ensure all safety equipment is in working order.

Greet passengers during embarkation and direct them to assigned seats.

Provide assistance to passengers while boarding and disembarking the aircraft.

Assist passengers in placing carry-on luggage into overhead bins or under the seat.

Perform pre-flight safety announcement and demonstrates safety and emergency procedures.

Carry out compliance checks that passengers have complied with safety regulations prior to take-off and landings.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and courteously.

Serving meals, beverages, and snacks according to policies and procedures.

Provide special assistance to unaccompanied children, the elderly and persons with special needs.

Buyer

Ideal Candidate will have :

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field.

• Certification in Procurement/Supply Chain (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is an advantage.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing, preferably within the aviation/aerospace industry.

• Experience in sourcing aircraft spares, consumables, and tooling from OEMs and approved suppliers.

• Familiarity with aviation regulatory requirements and quality standards for spare parts procurement.

• Experience in managing vendor interactions, assisting in negotiations, and supporting cost-saving initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and inventory management.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

• Good understanding of certification requirements, shelf-life management, and compliance regulations.

Financial Analyst

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field or related post graduate course.

• ACCA/CA/CPA is mandatory

• At least 5 years of accounting and reporting and \Financial Analyst experience

• Strong math, typing, and computer skills, including bookkeeping software.

• Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.

• High level of accuracy, efficiency, accountability and sound technical skills.

• Attention to detail and data entry skills.

• Advance excel competency and experience in automating/improving reports and processes

Fleet Support Engineer

Qualifications: 

Essential:

10 years as an aircraft engineer

Knowledge of aircraft at a detailed level with extensive line and base mx at a high utilization operation.

Knowledge of MS office tools

Project management skills

Be able to coordinate and communicate with senior stakeholders internally and externally.

Head of Stores

Ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor’s Degree in a business, supply chain, or materials-related field, or equivalent practical experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in a bonded store environment within an MRO, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role

Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a strong focus on inventory control and regulatory compliance

In-depth knowledge of aviation industry standards, specifically CAR/EASA/FAA Part 145 requirements

Hands-on experience in managing and overseeing bonded store operations using aviation stores/procurement systems

المسؤوليات

المشاركة في إحاطات ما قبل الرحلة فيما يتعلق بتفاصيل الرحلة وإجراءات الطوارئ وتنسيق الطاقم وأطوال الرحلات وخدمات الأطعمة والمشروبات المقدمة وأعداد الركاب.

تأكد من وجود الأطعمة والمشروبات ومعدات الطوارئ والإمدادات الأخرى على متن الطائرة وبكميات كافية.

الحفاظ على المظهر والسلوك المهني في جميع الأوقات وفقًا لمعايير العناية الشخصية.

المسؤول عن صيانة ونظافة مقصورة الطائرة والمطبخ والحمام.

إجراء فحوصات السلامة والأمن قبل الرحلة للتأكد من أن جميع معدات السلامة تعمل بشكل جيد.

استقبال الركاب أثناء الصعود إلى الطائرة وتوجيههم إلى المقاعد المخصصة لهم.

تقديم المساعدة للركاب أثناء الصعود إلى الطائرة والنزول منها.

تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة من خلال معالجة استفسارات الركاب وطلباتهم ومخاوفهم باحترافية ولباقة.

تقديم الوجبات والمشروبات والوجبات الخفيفة وفقًا للسياسات والإجراءات.

تقديم مساعدة خاصة للأطفال غير المصحوبين بذويهم، وكبار السن والأشخاص ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.

المشتري

المرشح المثالي يجب أن يكون لديه:

• درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة سلسلة التوريد، أو المشتريات، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو إدارة الطيران، أو مجال ذي صلة.

القدرة على التنسيق والتواصل مع كبار أصحاب المصلحة داخليًا وخارجيًا.

رئيس المتاجر

المرشح المثالي يجب أن يكون لديه:

درجة البكالوريوس في مجال الأعمال أو سلسلة التوريد أو المواد ذات الصلة، أو ما يعادلها من خبرة عملية

خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في بيئة متجر مرخص ضمن شركة صيانة وإصلاح وتجديد، مع ما لا يقل عن 5 سنوات في دور إشرافي أو إداري
