Job Description

Develop and create programmes for Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW), including the ADSW Summit, the Green Hydrogen Summit, and other programming elements such as Roundtables and Web-series.
Support content-related activities and act as liaison with the Marketing & Communications team at ADSW (Masdar) and third-party service providers.
Coordinate with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure all objectives are achieved on time.

Head, Marketing & Events (UAE National - Only)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
Minimum 10–12 years of experience in marketing and events management with a proven track record.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Proficiency in developing and managing marketing budgets.
Expertise in digital marketing, brand development, and project management.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
In-depth understanding of the UAE market, culture, and business practices.
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns and high-profile events.
Strong network within the UAE business community.
Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
UAE National status required.

Senior Graphic Designer, Marketing & Events

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
8–10 years of experience in graphic design, focusing on marketing and events.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Adobe Flash.
Strong animation and motion graphics skills.
Advanced communication skills in English and Arabic, both verbal and written.
Excellent project management abilities, including time management and prioritization.
Proven experience in brand development and guideline implementation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
