Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
-
Minimum 10 years’ experience in UAE, with strong track record in roads and bridges projects
-
Knowledge of RTA approval processes, standards, and regulations
-
Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction law
-
Proficiency in estimation and QS tools (e.g., Candy, CostX)
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
-
RICS membership or progress toward qualification preferred
Senior Utilities Engineer
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical Engineering, or related field
-
10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in Abu Dhabi infrastructure/urban development projects
-
Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi authority processes (ADSSC, ADDC, Etisalat, etc.)
-
Experience with NOC submission and follow-up procedures

Familiarity with utility design principles (wet and dry utilities), relocation, and protection requirements
-
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and document management systems
-
Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders

Valid UAE driving license

Experience in government, mega infrastructure, or mixed-use development projects

Familiarity with ADEC, ADM, DOT, and UPC submission portals and workflows
