1. Construction Material Assistant
Mission
This position is responsible for providing on-site support in overseeing material flow and logistics. The role ensures proper handling, tracking, and distribution of materials to various project teams, while also using internal systems to monitor inventory levels and assess material usage. Additionally, the position contributes to decision-making by evaluating material availability and managing surplus items for potential reuse or resale.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Material Controller for material management at Site.
- Receive, check, store and preserve the materials delivered at Site.
- Consign materials to Subcontractors according to the instructions given by the Material Controller.
- Keep records about the handling of materials using Company software systems.
- Perform feasibility analysis by the Company software system.
- Maintain the inventory of unused material for sale.
2. Construction Field Engineer (Interface Engineer - Pipeline)
Mission
Field Engineering is the continuation of engineering activities carried out at Home Office. Responsible for checking and managing Project documentation, amendments, and additions. Cooperates with Site and Construction Managers to verify feasibility of schedules based on actual availability of technical documentation and materials. Ensures additions or changes to technical documents are made according to field requirements, and reviews site technical queries, sketches, and modifications to engineering drawings. Coordinates with Contractor Home Office for modifications, providing final “as-built” revisions.

3. Mechanical Completion Assistant
Mission
Collaborates with the Mechanical Completion Supervisor in directing subcontractor activities within the assigned area and discipline. Acts as the first interface between subcontractor and site organization regarding project standards and specifications, ensuring quality of works.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate subcontractor activities including intermediate and final inspections/tests.
- Evaluate test results, certificates, and reports, informing the supervisor of defects.
- Check construction works for compliance with project specifications, standards, and quality control plans.
4. Chemical Operation Specialist
Mission
Assists the Operation Manager during facility start-up and normal operation by controlling process/utilities chemistry. Works across Power, Oil & Gas, Refinery, and Petrochemical projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Control water/steam and process fluid chemistry during start-up and stable operation.
- Instruct Operation Shift Supervisors on operating adjustments to meet vendor and licensor limits.
- Operate online process analysers and verify availability of required reagents or carrier gas.
5. Construction Material Assistant - MARIAN Operator
Mission
Interface and implement MARIAN at the site while maintaining and updating the SPMAT database. Manage material receiving, inventory, feasibility analysis, and material transfer/issue processes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and update SPMAT Database at construction site.
- Perform feasibility analysis by Company software system.
- Receive materials, issue MRRs, post to inventory, and issue reports.
- Execute piping feasibility analysis.
- Run Forecast and Reservation Reports for construction team.

2. مهندس ميداني للإنشاءات (مهندس واجهة - خطوط الأنابيب)

الهندسة الميدانية هي استمرارٌ للأنشطة الهندسية التي تُنفَّذ في المكتب الرئيسي. تتولى هذه الوحدة مسؤولية مراجعة وإدارة وثائق المشروع والتعديلات والإضافات. تتعاون مع مديري الموقع والإنشاءات للتحقق من جدوى الجداول الزمنية بناءً على التوافر الفعلي للوثائق والمواد الفنية. تضمن إضافة أو تعديل الوثائق الفنية وفقًا لمتطلبات الموقع، ومراجعة الاستفسارات الفنية للموقع والرسومات والتعديلات على الرسومات الهندسية. تنسق مع المكتب الرئيسي للمقاول بشأن التعديلات، وتقدم المراجعات النهائية "كما هي مبنية".

3. مساعد إكمال ميكانيكي

: التعاون مع مشرف الإنجاز الميكانيكي في توجيه أنشطة المقاول من الباطن ضمن المنطقة والتخصص المُكلّف به. ويمثل حلقة الوصل الأولى بين المقاول من الباطن وإدارة الموقع فيما يتعلق بمعايير ومواصفات المشروع، مما يضمن جودة الأعمال.
الواجبات والمسؤوليات
- تنسيق أنشطة المقاول من الباطن بما في ذلك عمليات التفتيش/الاختبارات المتوسطة والنهائية.
- تقييم نتائج الاختبارات والشهادات والتقارير وإبلاغ المشرف بالعيوب.
- التحقق من أعمال البناء للتأكد من توافقها مع مواصفات المشروع والمعايير وخطط مراقبة الجودة.
4. أخصائي العمليات الكيميائية
المهمة:
مساعدة مدير العمليات أثناء تشغيل المنشأة والتشغيل العادي من خلال التحكم في كيمياء العمليات/المرافق. يعمل في مشاريع الطاقة، والنفط والغاز، والتكرير، والبتروكيماويات.
الواجبات والمسؤوليات
- التحكم في كيمياء الماء/البخار وسوائل العملية أثناء بدء التشغيل والتشغيل المستقر.
- إعطاء تعليمات لمشرفي نوبات العمل بشأن التعديلات التشغيلية لتلبية حدود البائعين والمرخصين.
- تشغيل أجهزة تحليل العمليات عبر الإنترنت والتحقق من توفر الكواشف أو الغاز الناقل المطلوب.
5. مساعد مواد البناء - مشغل ماريان
إدارة واجهة المهام
وتطبيق نظام ماريان في الموقع مع صيانة قاعدة بيانات SPMAT وتحديثها. إدارة استلام المواد، وجردها، وتحليل الجدوى، وعمليات نقل/توزيع المواد.
الواجبات والمسؤوليات
- صيانة وتحديث قاعدة بيانات SPMAT في موقع البناء.
- إجراء تحليل الجدوى من خلال نظام برمجيات الشركة.
- استلام المواد وإصدار تقارير المخزون وإرسالها إلى المخزون وإصدار التقارير.
- تنفيذ تحليل جدوى الأنابيب.
- تشغيل تقارير التوقعات والحجز لفريق البناء.
- إنشاء/إصدار أوامر النقل لنقل المواد بين المستودعات.
