Document Controller

Responsibilities:

Provide document management and general administrative support to the project team
Organize internal and external meetings, including presentations, documents, and equipment setup
Maintain electronic file-sharing systems such as SharePoint and Unifier
Administer user access permissions to ensure secure and appropriate access
Conduct quality checks on all incoming documents as per standard procedures
Create, update, and manage distribution groups to ensure accurate information flow
Maintain the project work package matrix and assign documents accordingly
Generate system reports as required by the project team
Ensure compliance with key processes such as the RFI process
Develop workflows and process maps; arrange meetings and record minutes when needed

Senior Sustainability Manager

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related discipline
Experience in sustainability management with implementation on large-scale master planning or mixed-use developments
Knowledge of urban sustainability certifications and carbon reduction strategies
Understanding of UAE sustainability policies and frameworks (Dubai Municipality, Estidama, RSB)
Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and engage with senior stakeholders
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
Professional membership (i.e., IEMA, ICRS, CIEMA, ICE, RICS)
LEED AP, Estidama PQP, and/or Certified Energy Manager

خبرة في إدارة الاستدامة وتطبيق الأطر على مشاريع تخطيط حضري واسعة النطاق أو تطوير متعدد الاستخدامات
خبرة مثبتة في شهادات الاستدامة الحضرية واستراتيجيات خفض الكربون
فهم قوي لسياسات وإطارات الاستدامة في الإمارات بما في ذلك بلدية دبي، استدامة، ومبادرات RSB
القدرة على قيادة فرق متعددة التخصصات والتواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة الكبار
مهارات قوية في التواصل، التحليل، والقيادة
