Project Manager

Health & Safety Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Aggreko Health, Safety & Environmental policies and local legislation

• Manage health, safety, and environmental issues for Aggreko services and equipment on customer sites

• Lead by example to drive QHSE standards across projects

Requirements:

• 2–5 years Project Management experience

• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project management tools

• Previous experience in Industrial Engineering environment, awareness of industry protocols

• Knowledge of QHSE procedures (RA, JSA, MS, HAZOP, HAZID, PTW, etc.)

• Experience delivering large-scale, multi-MW temporary power or cooling projects in the Middle East (highly desirable)

• HNC/HND in relevant engineering discipline

• Project Management Qualification (PMP or similar) is advantageous

Technical Instructor

Responsibilities:

• Deliver, facilitate, and deploy advanced Aggreko training in line with INNIO standards

• Collaborate with L&D and HR for efficient training scheduling and planning

• Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness

• Establish and improve course content and objectives to develop required competence

• Ensure safety during all technical training, particularly “Live” sessions

Requirements:

• Proficient in English (Spanish or French advantageous)

• Minimum INNIO technician level 1 certification

• Gas Generator Commissioning experience essential

• Willingness to travel globally based on training plans

• العمل بالتعاون مع فرق L&D وHR لتخطيط وتنفيذ الدورات التدريبية بكفاءة.

• الحفاظ على سجلات التدريب، وتقدم المشاركين، وفعالية البرنامج داخل Workday.

• مراجعة وتحسين محتوى الدورات التدريبية والأهداف لضمان تطوير الكفاءات المطلوبة.

• إدارة جميع عناصر السلامة قبل وأثناء التدريب الفني مع تقييم مستمر للمخاطر والتقليل منها، خاصة أثناء التدريب العملي.

المهارات والخبرة المطلوبة:

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (إجادة الإسبانية أو الفرنسية ميزة).

• الحصول على شهادة INNIO Technician Level 1 على الأقل.

• خبرة في تشغيل مولدات الغاز (Gas Generator Commissioning) ضرورية.

• الاستعداد للسفر العالمي بانتظام وفق خطط التدريب.
