Key Responsibilities
Collect and reconcile daily cash and card payments from drivers
Prepare daily trip summary reports for Abu Dhabi and Dubai operations
Resolve payment-related issues with customers and drivers
Maintain petty cash records and manage operational expenses
Prepare and send monthly invoices to corporate clients
Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collections
Support dispatch and booking operations during peak hours
Document and report discrepancies during shift changes
Perform reconciliation of total daily cash takings
Update driver revenue records in the system
Collaborate with operations on investigations related to driver cashiering issues
Prepare financial and ad-hoc reports as assigned
Requirements
Experience in administrative or finance-related roles
Strong reconciliation and reporting skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Ensure attendance of operational, replacement, and spare drivers
Enforce attendance policies through day and night presence at accommodations
Investigate non-attendance and lateness cases
Observe staff reasoning to collect data and identify root causes of absenteeism
Report disciplinary actions required for non-attending or delayed staff

حفظ سجلات المصروفات النثرية وإدارة النفقات التشغيلية.
إعداد وإرسال الفواتير الشهرية لعملاء الشركات.
متابعة الفواتير المستحقة وضمان تحصيلها في الوقت المناسب.
دعم عمليات الإرسال والحجز خلال ساعات الذروة.
توثيق والإبلاغ عن أي اختلافات أثناء تغيير الورديات.
مطابقة إجمالي المتحصلات النقدية اليومية.
تحديث سجلات إيرادات السائقين في النظام.
التعاون مع قسم العمليات في التحقيقات المتعلقة بمشاكل تحصيل المدفوعات من السائقين.
إعداد التقارير المالية والتقارير الخاصة حسب التكليف.
متطلبات
خبرة في وظائف إدارية أو مالية،
مهارات قوية في المطابقة وإعداد التقارير،
القدرة على القيام بمهام متعددة والعمل تحت الضغط،
