BIM Modeler

Job Description:

Responsible for creating, developing, and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for construction projects. Collaborates with multidisciplinary project teams to produce accurate and detailed digital representations of buildings and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop 3D BIM models using Revit, ArchiCAD, or Tekla Structures based on architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
Ensure model accuracy by incorporating all relevant building components, systems, and materials
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to integrate architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing information
Perform clash detection to identify and resolve conflicts between building systems
Coordinate with project stakeholders to address clash resolutions and implement design modifications
Prepare clash detection reports and facilitate coordination meetings
Maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, updating them to reflect design changes, RFIs, and site modifications

الوصف الوظيفي:

مسؤول عن إنشاء وتطوير وإدارة نماذج معلومات المباني (BIM) لمشاريع البناء داخل الشركة المقاولة.
التعاون الوثيق مع فرق المشاريع متعددة التخصصات لإنتاج تمثيلات رقمية دقيقة ومفصلة للمباني والبنية التحتية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

تطوير نماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد باستخدام برامج مثل Revit أو ArchiCAD أو Tekla Structures وفق الرسومات المعمارية والإنشائية وMEP.
ضمان دقة النموذج من خلال دمج جميع المكونات والأنظمة والمواد وفق التصميم المقصود.
التعاون مع فرق التصميم والهندسة لدمج المعلومات المعمارية والإنشائية والميكانيكية والكهربائية والصحية في نموذج BIM.
إجراء كشف التعارضات (Clash Detection) لتحديد وحل الصراعات بين أنظمة ومكونات المبنى المختلفة.
التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة لتنفيذ الحلول المطلوبة وتعديلات التصميم اللازمة.
إعداد تقارير كشف التعارضات وعقد اجتماعات للتنسيق ومراجعة الحلول المقترحة.
تحديث نماذج BIM طوال دورة حياة المشروع لتعكس التغييرات في التصميم وRFIs وتعديلات الموقع.

المشرف العام (GENERAL FOREMAN)

الوصف الوظيفي:

مسؤول عن الإشراف على مشاريع البناء، وتنسيق المهام بين العمال، وضمان إتمام المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية.

المسؤوليات:

الإشراف وتنسيق أنشطة العمال في الموقع.
ضمان الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة واللوائح في موقع البناء.
التخطيط وجدولة المهام لتلبية مواعيد المشروع النهائية.
متابعة تقدم المشروع ومعالجة أي مشكلات فور ظهورها.
التعاون مع مديري المشاريع والمهندسين وأصحاب المصلحة لضمان نجاح المشروع.
