Paint Shop Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
-
Supervise and undertake complex/extensive paint tasks
-
Ensure correct manhours booking in routine and non-routine task cards; review roster and control overtime
-
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient task delegation and execution
-
Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
-
Review assigned task cards with painters to ensure understanding of work, priorities, documentation, and cautions before starting
-
Prepare shift rosters for the paint team
-
Enhance team coordination and communication to improve workflow and reduce downtime
-
Perform defect rectification per approved maintenance data
-
Sign off maintenance tasks performed or supervised, verifying completion to required standards
Safety Responsibilities:
-
Manage safety of assigned maintenance tasks, ensuring mandatory precautions
-
Protect self and others using proper GSE and protective equipment
-
Follow work interruption procedures and ensure adequate access and lighting during maintenance

Provide helpful information and support to team and other departments

CAT A - Technician – Sharjah
Enterprise Integration Architect
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or IT; Master’s preferred
-
Proficient in Python / Node.js, SQL, and integration tools (Make, Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier)
-
Strong knowledge of API protocols (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and authentication (OAuth 2.0, JWT)
-
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Work Experience:
-
8+ years in technology architecture or integration engineering
-
Hands-on experience with system connectivity and automation
-
Proven experience in multi-platform system integrations (ERP, CRM, Ops, Analytics)

Strong understanding of data flows, architecture patterns, API governance

Skilled in problem diagnosis, debugging, performance optimization

Aviation, logistics, or tech platform experience preferred

Diploma/Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (Structural/Airframe) or equivalent

مشرف ورشة دهان (Paint Shop Supervisor)
المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:

الإشراف على المهام المعقدة/الموسعة في الدهان.
-
التأكد من تسجيل ساعات العمل الصحيحة في بطاقات المهام الروتينية وغير الروتينية، ومراجعة الجداول ومراقبة العمل الإضافي.
-
الإشراف على العمليات اليومية لضمان توزيع المهام بكفاءة وتنفيذها بشكل صحيح.
-
الحفاظ على الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة واللوائح التنظيمية.
-
مراجعة بطاقات المهام مع العاملين لفهم العمل والأولويات ومتطلبات التوثيق والتحذيرات قبل بدء العمل.
-
إعداد جداول الورديات لفريق الدهان.
-
تعزيز التنسيق والتواصل داخل الفريق لتحسين سير العمل وتقليل فترة التوقف.
-
تنفيذ تصحيح العيوب وفقًا للبيانات المعتمدة للصيانة.
-
توقيع المهام المنجزة أو المشرفة ضمن نطاق التفويض الخاص، مع التحقق من استكمال بطاقة المهمة والوثائق المرتبطة بالمعايير المطلوبة بعد الانتهاء.
السلامة:

إدارة السلامة أثناء تنفيذ مهام الصيانة، والتأكد من اتخاذ جميع الاحتياطات المعلنة قبل بدء العمل وأثناء تنفيذ المهام.

اتخاذ خطوات لحماية النفس والآخرين من أي إصابة محتملة، بما في ذلك استخدام المعدات الوقائية والمعدات الأرضية الصحيحة.

المؤهلات الأكاديمية والتدريب واللغات:

بكالوريوس في هندسة الحاسوب أو علوم الحاسوب أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
-
ماجستير يفضل.
-
إجادة Python / Node.js وSQL وأدوات التكامل مثل Make, Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier.
-
معرفة قوية ببروتوكولات API (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) والمصادقة (OAuth 2.0, JWT).
-
الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية، والعربية ميزة إضافية.
الخبرة العملية:

الوعي بالتكاليف:

الحفاظ على وعي إيجابي بتكاليف صيانة الطائرات، بما في ذلك الوقت والمواد المستخدمة.

تقليل الهدر غير الضروري للمواد القابلة للاستهلاك وتكاليف إصلاح الأجزاء عن طريق تجنب التلف غير الضروري وإعادة العمل أثناء الصيانة.
المؤهلات الأكاديمية والتدريب واللغات:

فني صيانة طائرات مدني مؤهل وذو خبرة.

القدرة على القراءة والكتابة والتحدث باللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى جيد للتواصل الفني.

الخبرة العملية:
