Junior Purchaser

Location: Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, UAE

Reporting to: Purchase & Planning Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage and execute day-to-day purchasing activities for Indirect Materials (IM).
Ensure compliance with Group Purchasing (GP) policies, principles, guidelines, and procedures.
Collaborate with user departments to identify and plan purchasing needs.
Source and manage suppliers, support audits, and implement global/regional agreements.
Support negotiations and commercial agreements.
Create, track, and follow up on purchase orders in Matrix according to approved contracts.

R&D Senior Chemist

Qualifications & Experience:

Master’s degree + 10 years relevant experience or Bachelor’s + 12 years or PhD + 5 years.
Strong coatings formulation knowledge (powder/liquid protective coatings), including binder systems and curing chemistries.
Experience with performance validation: weathering, corrosion, accelerated testing.
Knowledge of internationally accepted test methods and standards.
Ability to manage projects independently with strong structure and follow-up.
Proficiency in verbal and written English.

R&D Technician

Qualifications & Experience:

Vocational certification with minimum 4 years in a similar role or laboratory testing.
Proficient in verbal and written English.

مشتري مبتدئ – Junior Purchaser

نبذة عن الوظيفة:

كمشتري مبتدئ، ستقوم بإدارة وتنفيذ أنشطة الشراء اليومية للمواد غير المباشرة (Indirect Materials) وفقًا لسياسات وإرشادات وإجراءات الشراء الجماعي (Group Purchasing). ستعمل عن قرب مع أصحاب المصلحة المحليين لضمان شراء المواد بطريقة متوافقة، فعّالة من حيث التكلفة، وداعمة لأهداف الشركة.

الموقع: مسفح، أبوظبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

التقارير: ستقوم بالإبلاغ لمدير الشراء والتخطيط.

المسؤوليات:

التعاون مع الأقسام المعنية لتحديد و تخطيط احتياجات الشراء لفئات المواد غير المباشرة المكلفة.
البحث عن الموردين وإدارتهم، دعم عمليات التدقيق على الموردين، والمساعدة في تنفيذ الاتفاقيات العالمية أو الإقليمية، وضمان التزام أنشطة الشراء بإرشادات الشراء الجماعي (GP).
دعم عمليات التفاوض والمساعدة في إعداد الاتفاقيات التجارية، ثم إنشاء ومتابعة أوامر الشراء في نظام Matrix وفقًا للعقود المعتمدة.

كيميائي أول – R&D Senior Chemist

المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة:

درجة الماجستير مع خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في المجال، أو درجة البكالوريوس مع خبرة لا تقل عن 12 سنة، أو الدكتوراه مع خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات.
معرفة قوية في تحضير الطلاءات (Powder و/أو Liquid Protective)، بما في ذلك نظم الروابط الكيميائية وعمليات المعالجة.
خبرة في اختبار الأداء (مثل التعرض للعوامل الجوية، التآكل، والاختبارات المسرّعة) ومعرفة قوية بالمعايير والطرق الدولية المقبولة.
القدرة على إدارة المهام والمشاريع بشكل مستقل مع تنظيم ومتابعة ممتازة.
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابيًا وشفويًا.
