Good communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer

Job Description

Creating 3D and CAD.

Prepare thorough powerpoint presentations for in-house and external review purposes.

Conduct active sourcing and procurement of raw materials to ensure seamless functioning of a project.

Analyze finances in order to establish project-related fees and expenses.

Keep active track of the design industry and its relevant changes for planning practical implementation at the organization.

Fit-Out Engineer

 Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Supervision:

Oversee daily site activities related to fit-out works including partitions, ceiling, flooring, joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing.

Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Monitor and report progress to the Project Manager, ensuring timely execution of tasks.

Coordination & Communication:

Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Liaise with the design team to resolve technical issues and dscrepancies.

Quality & Safety Compliance:

Conduct quality checks at various stages of fit-out works and ensure all snag lists are cleared.

Enforce adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards at the site.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain site records including daily progress reports, material inspections, and manpower deployment.

Prepare RFIs, MIRs, and other site documentation as needed.

4-7 سنوات من الخبرة المثبتة في الإشراف على مشاريع التجهيز الداخلي.

معرفة قوية بمواد التشطيب والأساليب ومعايير الجودة.

القدرة على قراءة وفهم الرسومات الفنية ورسومات المتجر.

- المعرفة بأنظمة السلطة المحلية (بلدية دبي، تراخيص، الخ. مفضل).

مهارات جيدة في التواصل وحل المشكلات والقيادة.

القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة المهام المتعددة.

مصمم داخلي ومرئي ثلاثي الأبعاد

المسمى الوظيفي

إنشاء 3D و CAD.

إعداد عروض تقديمية شاملة باستخدام PowerPoint لأغراض المراجعة الداخلية والخارجية.

إجراء عمليات شراء وتوريد نشطة للمواد الخام لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة في المشروع.

تحليل التمويل من أجل تحديد الرسوم والنفقات المتعلقة بالمشروع.

متابعة نشطة لصناعة التصميم والتغييرات ذات الصلة بها للتخطيط للتطبيق العملي في المنظمة.

مهندس تجهيز

 المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

تنفيذ المشروع والإشراف عليه:

الإشراف على أنشطة الموقع اليومية المتعلقة بأعمال التجهيز بما في ذلك الأقسام والسقف والأرضيات والنجارة وتنسيق أعمال السباكة والكهرباء والتشطيب.

ضمان الامتثال للرسومات والمواصفات ومعايير الجودة المعتمدة.

مراقبة التقدم وإبلاغه إلى مدير المشروع، وضمان تنفيذ المهام في الوقت المناسب.

التنسيق والتواصل:

التنسيق مع المقاولين من الباطن، والاستشاريين، والموردين، والأقسام الداخلية لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.

التواصل مع فريق التصميم لحل المشكلات الفنية والتناقضات.

الامتثال للجودة والسلامة:

إجراء عمليات فحص الجودة في المراحل المختلفة من أعمال التجهيز والتأكد من إزالة جميع قوائم المشاكل.

فرض الالتزام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في الموقع.

التوثيق والتقارير:

الحفاظ على سجلات الموقع بما في ذلك تقارير التقدم اليومية، وعمليات تفتيش المواد، ونشر القوى العاملة.

إعداد طلبات المعلومات (RFIs) وتقارير المعلومات الإدارية (MIRs) وغيرها من وثائق الموقع حسب الحاجة.
