Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.

• Proven expertise in cloud security (Azure/AWS), network security, eCommerce platform security, and ISO 27000.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and risk management methodologies.

• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, Azure/AWS Security, CEH

Business Development Executive - Smart Homes

Sales & Business Development 

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities for smart home and ELV solutions in residential and commercial sectors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.

• Prepare detailed proposals and quotations, and support in closing deals.

• Assist in developing and executing sales plans to meet assigned targets.

Client & Project Coordination

• Act as a key point of contact between the client and the technical team throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage installation schedules, ensuring coordination between contractors and project deadlines.

Accounts Receivable Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Creation

Prepare and generate trade and project-based invoices accurately in accordance with company policies and customer contracts.

Invoice Submission

Ensure timely submission of invoices and supporting documents to customers through designated channels (email, portals, or physical submission).

Receivables Follow-Up

Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and actively follow up with customers for outstanding payments.

Resolve any billing disputes or issues in coordination with the sales or project team.

Project Costing Support

Assist in capturing project-related costs and support the finance/project team in accurate cost allocation and profitability analysis.

المهارات والخبرات المطلوبة

• درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في أمن المعلومات أو علوم الكمبيوتر أو مجال ذي صلة.

• أكثر من 10 سنوات من الخبرة في البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والأمن السيبراني.

• خبرة مثبتة في أمن السحابة (Azure/AWS)، وأمن الشبكات، وأمن منصة التجارة الإلكترونية، وISO 27000.

• معرفة قوية بالأطر التنظيمية ومنهجيات إدارة المخاطر.

مدير تطوير الأعمال - المنازل الذكية

المبيعات وتطوير الأعمال 

• تحديد ومتابعة فرص المبيعات لحلول المنازل الذكية وأنظمة الجهد المنخفض في القطاعات السكنية والتجارية.

• بناء علاقات قوية والحفاظ عليها مع العملاء والمستشارين والمقاولين.

• إجراء عروض توضيحية وتوضيحية للمنتجات للعملاء المحتملين.

• إعداد مقترحات وعروض أسعار مفصلة، وتقديم الدعم في إتمام الصفقات.

• المساعدة في تطوير وتنفيذ خطط المبيعات لتحقيق الأهداف المحددة.

تنسيق العملاء والمشاريع

• العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية بين العميل والفريق الفني طوال دورة حياة المشروع.

• إدارة جداول التثبيت، وضمان التنسيق بين المقاولين والمواعيد النهائية للمشروع.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

إنشاء الفاتورة

إعداد وتوليد الفواتير التجارية والمشاريع بدقة وفقًا لسياسات الشركة وعقود العملاء.

إرسال الفاتورة

ضمان تقديم الفواتير والمستندات الداعمة للعملاء في الوقت المناسب من خلال القنوات المخصصة (البريد الإلكتروني أو البوابات أو التقديم المادي).

متابعة المستحقات

مراقبة تقارير أعمار الحسابات المستحقة القبض ومتابعة العملاء بشكل نشط فيما يتعلق بالمدفوعات المستحقة.

حل أي نزاعات أو مشكلات تتعلق بالفواتير بالتنسيق مع فريق المبيعات أو المشروع.

دعم تكلفة المشروع

المساعدة في تحديد التكاليف المرتبطة بالمشروع ودعم فريق التمويل/المشروع في تخصيص التكاليف بدقة وتحليل الربحية.
