Content Creator (Influencer)
Responsibilities:

Create and publish engaging content across all social media platforms

Manage posting schedules and audience engagement

Utilize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) algorithms to maximize reach and growth

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency
Requirements:

Proven experience as an influencer or content creator with a high number of social media followers

Mandatory Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Dubai real estate development sales

Proven track record in selling off-plan properties

Established network of 150+ agencies & brokers

Fluent in English and at least one additional language (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Mandarin, or French preferred)

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle

Available for immediate joining or short notice

Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) software

شبكة علاقات مع 150+ وكالة وسمسار.

إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية ولغة إضافية على الأقل (يفضل العربية، الروسية، الهندية، الماندرين، أو الفرنسية).

مهارات ممتازة في التواصل، العلاقات الشخصية، والتفاوض.

رخصة قيادة سارية في الإمارات وامتلاك سيارة.

القدرة على الانضمام الفوري أو خلال فترة قصيرة.
