About the job:

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Recruiter role at Asico Real Estate LLC, based in Dubai. As a Real Estate Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent for the real estate team. Your tasks include identifying recruitment needs, posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. You will play a crucial role in building a talented and diverse team to support luxury real estate services.

Requirements:

Prior experience in real estate recruiting or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to attract, assess, and select qualified candidates.
Proven ability to manage recruitment processes and timelines.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

Digital Marketing Executive

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation (posts, reels, short videos).
Ability to plan, produce, and publish monthly content aligned with approved calendars.
Strong understanding of social media engagement metrics and basic performance tracking.
Experience supporting campaigns, internal marketing requests, and digital initiatives.
Strong attention to brand quality, visual consistency, and tone of voice.
Ability to work within structured approval and revision processes.
Excellent coordination and communication skills with internal stakeholders.

Performance Marketing Specialist

Funnel Optimization:

Analyze lead quality, agent performance, AI performance, and conversion leaks.
Improve landing pages, forms, targeting, creatives, and scripts.

Reporting:

Build weekly/monthly dashboards on spend, CPL, quality, ROI, and revenue.
Provide actionable insights, not just reports.

Requirements:

3+ years in performance marketing or growth roles.
Hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- Analytics, attribution, and tracking
Strong data analysis and funnel optimization mindset.
