Key Responsibilities:

Create, edit, and publish engaging multimedia content (videos, photos, reels, blogs, email copy, etc.) tailored for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and company website.

Write compelling property descriptions, neighborhood spotlights, and market updates that appeal to potential buyers, sellers, and investors.

Develop and execute content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and listing schedules.

Collaborate with agents, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams to capture behind-the-scenes footage, agent profiles, and client testimonials.

Optimize content for SEO and social engagement.

Track content performance analytics and adjust strategy to improve reach and effectiveness.

Investment Advisor

Requirements:

A minimum of 6 months experience as an Off Plan Advisor in Dubai real estate.

The ability to qualify and convert company leads.

Sound knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, property laws, and regulations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.

Proficient in using real estate software and online platforms for property listings and marketing.
