Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end M&A execution including sourcing, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and transaction structuring, build and maintain a strong pipeline across the GCC, develop investment theses and strategic recommendations for the CEO and Board, act as the senior internal lead for corporate development coordinating with Strategy, PMO, and portfolio teams, liaise with advisors, banks, and consultants, and represent the Group with senior stakeholders, partners, and family principals.
