Overview / Job Description:

Responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing of goods and services. Oversee supplier selection, negotiation, contract management, and inventory planning while ensuring quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
Forecast purchasing needs based on production schedules, inventory levels, and market trends.
Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers; negotiate contracts and pricing.

مدير المشتريات (Procurement Manager)

الوصف الوظيفي:

تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المشتريات لضمان شراء السلع والخدمات بأفضل تكلفة ممكنة.
الإشراف على اختيار الموردين، التفاوض على العقود، إدارة المخزون، وضمان الجودة والامتثال والكفاءة التشغيلية عبر سلسلة التوريد.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

الاستراتيجية والتخطيط: تطوير استراتيجيات المشتريات بما يتماشى مع أهداف الشركة، والتنبؤ بالاحتياجات بناءً على الجداول الإنتاجية ومستويات المخزون واتجاهات السوق.
إدارة الموردين: اختيار وتقييم الموردين، التفاوض على العقود والشروط والأسعار، ومراقبة الأداء من خلال مؤشرات الأداء (KPIs).
عمليات الشراء: متابعة جميع عمليات الشراء من الطلبات حتى التسليم، وحل أي تأخير أو نقص أو مشاكل جودة.
الامتثال وإدارة المخاطر: التأكد من الالتزام بسياسات الشركة والمتطلبات القانونية، وإدارة المخاطر من خلال مراجعات العقود وتدقيق الموردين.

مدير المخازن (Warehouse Manager)

المتطلبات:

شهادة بكالوريوس في إدارة سلسلة التوريد، اللوجستيات، إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة 5+ سنوات في إدارة المخازن أو اللوجستيات (يفضل خبرة في الإمارات/الخليج).
معرفة قوية بأنظمة إدارة المخازن (WMS/ERP).
مهارات قيادة واتصال وحل مشاكل ممتازة.
الإلمام بقوانين العمل الإماراتية ومعايير الصحة والسلامة (HSE).
القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة ومتعددة الثقافات.

خبرة من 0–2 سنوات في محاسبة التكاليف أو المالية، ويفضل في التصنيع أو شركات FMCG أو التجارة في الإمارات.
فهم أساسي لمبادئ محاسبة التكاليف وإدارة المخزون.

الإلمام بضريبة القيمة المضافة في الإمارات ومعايير IFRS يعتبر ميزة.
