You will take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from initial enquiry to successful project completion, working closely with developers, consultants, contractors, and project managers. Your mission will be to build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring that every project receives exceptional service and technical expertise. This is a dynamic, target-driven role where you will actively seek new business opportunities, respond swiftly to client needs, prepare detailed proposals and technical submissions, and oversee the commercial process through to final payment.
Retail - Specification & Design Consultant - Lighting
About You
You are a passionate lighting design professional with a strong eye for aesthetics and functionality, backed by solid technical knowledge of lighting systems, controls, and integration (e.g., dimming, GRMS). You are proficient in design tools like DIALux, Relux, AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where creative vision must align with real-world constraints. You bring 3-5 years of experience in lighting design or specification, ideally within a retail or showroom context, and have a firm grasp of BOQs, product selection, and multi-brand specifications. With excellent communication and presentation skills, you’re confident engaging directly with clients and guiding them through the design process.
