Junior Document Controller (UAE National)

Purpose of the Position

As a Junior Document Controller, you will support the setup, implementation, and monitoring of document management activities, ensuring project documentation is registered, distributed, monitored, and archived according to company procedures, client requirements, and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support organization and logistic analysis of the project, including analysis of involved entities

• Assist in defining the Project Document Management Process and setup of project progress calculation

• Control and monitor Client Approval Process and document submissions

• Support organization and management of the Final Project Documents Handover to the Client

• Ensure compliance with Document Management Methodology, Procedures, and reporting requirements

Principal Engineer – Telecommunication

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field

• 14+ years of Telecom engineering experience, ideally in Oil & Gas companies

• Experience with EPC and FEED

• Familiar with telecom design tools

• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, SNPA, and CCSA are considered a plus

• Prepare Detailed Engineering Design documents including IP Address Schema

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Apply Saipem HSE standards, client requirements, and local regulations on site

• Develop and monitor HSE plans, procedures, and risk assessments (HAZID, HAZOP, Job Safety Analysis)

• Conduct inspections, audits, and incident investigations; follow up on corrective actions

• Promote HSE awareness through training, toolbox talks, and campaigns

• Liaise with project teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance

• Prepare HSE reports, KPIs, and maintain regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law

• Good knowledge of UAE law
