RD&A Senior Analytical Chemist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a state-of-the-art analytical laboratory tailored to food and flavour innovation.

• Select and validate analytical instruments and methodologies aligned with Kerry’s innovation goals.

• Operate and carry out analysis for Flavour (GC, GC-MS, LC, SPME, etc.), Food rheology, and Ingredient functionality.

• Develop SOPs, quality systems, and safety protocols in accordance with regulatory compliance.

• Interpret complex data to support formulation, shelf-life, and sensory performance.

• Partner with R&D, sensory, and application teams to translate analytical results into practical insights for product development.

• Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting formulation challenges using analytical insights.

• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends in food analysis.

• Train other team members and foster a culture of scientific excellence and curiosity.

Qualifications and Skills:

• MSc or PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Food Science, or related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in food and flavor analysis; experience in a flavour house is desirable.

• Strong hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation and method development.

• Proven ability to interpret data and influence product development.

• Strong stakeholder management and workload prioritization skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages in a fast-paced environment.

Pricing Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Activities

• Manage end-to-end pricing process for all customers.

• Actively contribute to the annual pricing process.

• Support the Strategic Price Margin & Management (PMM) Leads as needed.

• Support design and embedding of CoE operating model system enhancements (SFDC, etc.).

Core Activities

• Handle intercompany pricing and contract management.

• Manage costing and Master Data for Vendavo and Optiva systems.

• Maintain customer pricing contracts.

• Assist AR department in resolving pricing disputes.

• Manage rebates (agreement setup, accruals, journals, etc.).

• Perform ad-hoc pricing activities for End-Use-Market and Foundational Technology support as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in Pricing and Margin Management within a commercial environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Management Accounting.

• SAP or other ERP system experience.

• Project Management skills and/or experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong communication skills; a team player and relationship builder.

• Comfortable with autonomy and proactive approach.

• Results/solutions driven with ability to challenge status quo and drive improvement.
