About the Job

Monjasa, a leading global partner in the oil and shipping industry, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Accountant to join its finance team in Dubai. The role is ideal for candidates passionate about finance, motivated by a fast-paced international environment, and capable of building strong internal and external relationships aligned with Monjasa’s values.

Job Description

The finance team handles financial costing, budgeting, controlling, VAT filing, regulatory compliance, and monthly reporting for Middle East and Africa entities, aligned with Monjasa Group functions globally.

Key Responsibilities

Manage financial costing, budgeting, and controlling processes.

Ensure accurate VAT filing and compliance with regulations.

Prepare monthly reports and financial analyses.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective financial operations.

Qualifications & Experience

Relevant accounting or finance degree.

Experience in international finance or corporate accounting is preferred.

Strong numerical, analytical, and reporting skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Derivatives Trader – Dubai

Areas of Focus

Solid understanding of derivatives trading and analytical mindset.

Market making to provide liquidity in the derivatives fuel-oil market for physical traders.

Plan and execute hedging strategies to mitigate oil price risk from physical trading.

Collaborate with key stakeholders and manage trading risks.

Expertise in swaps and futures trading.

Professional Skills

Finance or economics degree; Masters/MBA preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Strong numerical and analytical abilities.

In-depth knowledge of financial markets and commodity trading.

Problem-solving and effective communication skills.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

IT Supporter – Dubai

Professional Skills

Preferably 3 years of experience in a similar IT support role.

ITIL, AI, and other IT-related certifications are a plus.

Technical support knowledge including:

تخطيط وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التحوط لتقليل المخاطر المرتبطة بأسعار النفط.
التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين وإدارة المخاطر.
معرفة قوية بعقود المبادلة (Swaps) والعقود الآجلة (Futures).

المؤهلات:

درجة في المالية أو الاقتصاد؛ يفضل ماجستير أو MBA.
إجادة برامج Microsoft Office.
مهارات رقمية وتحليلية متميزة.
خبرة متقدمة في تداول المشتقات وإدارة المخاطر.
معرفة متعمقة بأسواق المال وتداول السلع.
مهارات حل المشكلات والتواصل الفعال.
الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة ومحادثة.
