Logistics Executive – Dubai

Roles and Responsibilities

Rates Requests (Air & Sea Freight)

Obtain competitive pricing for air and sea shipments.
Request and compare freight rates from multiple carriers, freight forwarders, or NVOCCs.
Maintain a database of valid rates, transit times, and surcharges.
Negotiate spot rates or long-term contracts based on volume forecasts.
Ensure all quotes comply with Incoterms and destination-specific requirements.

Bookings of Air and Sea Shipments

Create bookings with airlines, shipping lines, or consolidators.
Provide accurate cargo details (weight, dimensions, packaging, HS codes).
Coordinate pickup dates, container arrangements, and required documentation.
Liaise with warehouse and freight partners to ensure dispatch readiness.

Research and Development Specialist – Dubai

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide pre- and post-sales technical and commercial support for products to clients, sales teams, and distributors.
Assist the sales team with technical data sheets, test data, applicative data of finished formulations, and quotations.
Support selection and configuration of standard and customized products to meet customer application requirements.
Prepare technical brochures, slides, and supportive documents for customers, sales teams, and distributors.
Inspect and test industrial oils and greases per defined test methods.
Identify and implement new test methods and equipment locally and globally.
Analyze results and correlate data with actual field challenges.
Understand customer requirements and deliver technical solutions accordingly.
Ensure quality checks, testing, validation, and cross-verification of products at all stages according to guidelines, procedures, and work instructions.

تنفيذي لوجستي (Logistics Executive)

الأدوار والمسؤوليات:

1. طلبات الأسعار (الشحن الجوي والبحري):

الغرض: الحصول على أسعار تنافسية للشحنات الجوية والبحرية.

المهام الرئيسية:

طلب ومقارنة أسعار الشحن من شركات النقل، وكلاء الشحن، أو NVOCCs متعددة.
الحفاظ على قاعدة بيانات تشمل الأسعار، أوقات العبور، والرسوم الإضافية.
التفاوض على أسعار مواعيد محددة أو عقود طويلة المدى بناءً على توقعات حجم الشحن.
ضمان توافق جميع عروض الأسعار مع Incoterms والمتطلبات الخاصة بالوجهة.

2. حجز الشحنات الجوية والبحرية:

الغرض: تأمين المساحة وتنظيم حركة البضائع في الوقت المحدد.

المهام الرئيسية:

إنشاء حجوزات مع شركات الطيران، خطوط الشحن، أو شركات التجميع.
تقديم تفاصيل دقيقة عن البضائع (الوزن، الأبعاد، التغليف، رموز HS).
تنسيق مواعيد الاستلام، تجهيز الحاويات، والوثائق المطلوبة.
التنسيق مع المخازن وشركاء الشحن لضمان جاهزية الشحن.

أخصائي البحث والتطوير (Research and Development Specialist)

الأدوار والمسؤوليات:

تقديم الدعم الفني والتجاري قبل وبعد البيع للعملاء الرئيسيين، من خلال التعامل المباشر مع العملاء ودعم فريق المبيعات ووكلاء/موزعي الشركة.
دعم فريق المبيعات بمواصفات فنية، بيانات الاختبار، وبيانات التطبيقات للمنتجات النهائية، بالإضافة إلى تقديم عروض الأسعار.
المساعدة في اختيار وتكوين المنتجات القياسية والمخصصة لتلبية متطلبات تطبيقات العملاء.
إعداد الكتيبات الفنية، الشرائح، والوثائق الداعمة لتحديث العملاء وفريق المبيعات وشبكة الموزعين.
فحص واختبار الزيوت والشحوم الصناعية وفق طرق الاختبار المحددة.
تحديد وتنفيذ طرق/أجهزة اختبار جديدة محلياً ومعتمدة عالمياً.
تحليل النتائج وربط البيانات بالتحديات الواقعية في الميدان.
فهم متطلبات العملاء والعمل على تلبية الاحتياجات التقنية وتقديم الحلول المناسبة.
ضمان جميع عمليات فحص الجودة، الاختبار، التحقق، والمراجعات على المنتجات في جميع مراحل العملية وفق الإرشادات والإجراءات وتعليمات العمل.
