Assistant Resident Engineer (DMS)
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
10–15 years of experience in construction and maintenance of roads, infrastructure, or building projects.
Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role as Assistant Resident Engineer or similar.
Experience with UAE-based projects and approved consultants preferred.
Knowledge of local authority standards (ADM, RTA, DM, DoT) and FIDIC conditions of contract.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist the Resident Engineer in supervising construction and maintenance works.
Monitor contractor performance, work progress, quality, and HSE compliance.
Review shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and inspection requests.
Coordinate with site inspectors, surveyors, and laboratory teams to ensure quality standards.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera/MS Project.
Strong communication, coordination, and report-writing skills.

Design review and multidisciplinary coordination.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
20+ years of experience in construction and maintenance, including roads and structures.

Experience managing at least 5 road maintenance projects, each valued at AED 30 million+.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise road maintenance works per approved specifications and authority requirements.
Ensure compliance with standards, quality, and HSE regulations.

Land Surveyor
Qualifications & Experience:
BSc in Surveying or approved Diploma in Surveying.
Degree holders: minimum 5 years’ experience; Diploma holders: minimum 10 years’ experience in land surveying and setting out works.
Proven experience in infrastructure, roads, or building projects in UAE.
Familiarity with UAE authority standards is an advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct land surveys and setting out for construction projects.
Ensure accuracy of measurements and compliance with project specifications.

بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية من جامعة معترف بها.
خبرة 10–15 سنة في أعمال البناء وصيانة الطرق، البنية التحتية أو المشاريع الإنشائية.
خبرة 5 سنوات على الأقل في دور إشرافي كمهندس مقيم مساعد أو ما يعادلها.
خبرة سابقة في مشاريع الإمارات مع استشاريين معتمدين ميزة إضافية.
الإلمام بمعايير السلطات المحلية مثل ADM، RTA، DM، DoT.
معرفة بشروط عقود FIDIC وإجراءات الإشراف على المواقع.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
مساعدة المهندس المقيم في الإشراف على أعمال البناء والصيانة وفق الرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة وعقود المشروع.
متابعة أداء المقاولين، تقدم العمل، الجودة والالتزام بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة (HSE).

التنسيق مع مفتشي الموقع والمساحين وفِرق المختبر لضمان تطبيق معايير الجودة.
مهندس مشروع (Project Engineer)
المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة:
بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
خبرة 6–10 سنوات في مشاريع البنية التحتية أو المباني الصناعية.
معرفة بتصميم المرافق، الطرق، الهياكل الصناعية والمعايير ذات الصلة.
إجادة استخدام أدوات التصميم وإدارة المشاريع مثل AutoCAD، Revit، Primavera/MS Project.
مهارات قوية في التواصل والتنسيق وكتابة التقارير.
مهندس مقيم (Resident Engineer)

خبرة 20 سنة على الأقل في أعمال البناء والصيانة بما يشمل الطرق والهياكل المختلفة.
خبرة 10 سنوات مع استشاري مرموق، مع خبرة مثبتة كمهندس مقيم.
خبرة كمهندس مقيم في 5 مشاريع صيانة طرق على الأقل، وقيمة كل مشروع لا تقل عن 30 مليون درهم إماراتي.
القدرة على إدارة أعمال صيانة الطرق وفق المواصفات والمعايير المعتمدة ومتطلبات السلطات المحلية.
مساح أراضي (Land Surveyor)
المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة:
بكالوريوس في المساحة (BSc) أو دبلوم معتمد في المساحة.
لحملة البكالوريوس: خبرة 5 سنوات في أعمال المساحة وتحديد المواقع لمشاريع مشابهة.
لحملة الدبلوم: خبرة 10 سنوات على الأقل في أعمال المساحة وتحديد المواقع لمشاريع مشابهة.
خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع البنية التحتية، الطرق أو المباني في الإمارات ميزة إضافية.
