Project Manager

Location: UAE (preferably Dubai)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:

The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that assigned projects or project sections are completed on time, within budget, and meet project objectives. The role supports the Project Director/Senior Project Manager across all project lifecycle phases, providing overall management for project processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage projects or project sections to achieve quality, schedule, and budget targets.
Support the Project Director/Senior Project Manager in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
Identify areas for improvement in project delivery plans and implement corrective actions.
Ensure high-standard service delivery in line with company expectations.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, contractors, and project teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

University degree in Project Management, Building Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of relevant project management experience in the construction industry.
Progressive responsibility over career duration.
Experience in projects of appropriate scale; UAE experience preferred.
Active membership in a relevant professional institution is advantageous.

Senior Site Architect / Site Architect

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:

Lead the site execution of townhouse and villa developments within high-profile real estate projects. Candidates with EMAAR project experience or mid-to-high rise projects are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee site execution for assigned projects.
Review technical submittals, drawings, and materials for compliance.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
Ensure quality and design compliance on-site.
Lead site-based technical meetings and mentor junior architectural staff.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years on villas or tower projects in Dubai.
Experience in hospitality or residential projects (villas and towers).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site coordination.
Proficiency in architectural software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
Immediate availability is an advantage.

المؤهلات والخبرة:

شهادة جامعية في إدارة المشاريع، إدارة البناء، المساحة الكمية، الهندسة، العمارة، أو مجال مشابه.
خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع ضمن قطاع البناء والتشييد.
خبرة متزايدة المسؤوليات على مدار الحياة المهنية.
خبرة في مشاريع ذات حجم مناسب.
الخبرة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ميزة إضافية.
العضوية النشطة في مؤسسة مهنية ذات صلة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

مهندس معماري أول/مهندس موقع (Senior Site Architect / Site Architect)

الموقع: دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة

الوصف الوظيفي:

الانضمام إلى الفريق لقيادة تنفيذ المشاريع الميدانية لتطوير التاون هاوس والفيلات ضمن مشروع عقاري بارز. يُفضل المرشحون الذين لديهم خبرة في مشاريع أفقية ومتوسطة إلى عالية الارتفاع، مع ميزة قوية لمن لديهم خبرة في مشاريع EMAAR.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

الإشراف على تنفيذ الموقع لمشروع محدد.
مراجعة المستندات الفنية والرسومات والمواد.
التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة.
ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الجودة والتصميم.
قيادة الاجتماعات الفنية في الموقع وتوجيه الموظفين الجدد أو الأقل خبرة.

المؤهلات والخبرة:

درجة البكالوريوس في العمارة أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات، مع خبرة 5 سنوات على الأقل في مشاريع الفيلات / الأبراج في دبي.
خبرة في قطاع الضيافة والمشاريع السكنية (فيلات وأبراج).
معرفة قوية بأساليب البناء والمواد وتنسيق الموقع.
إجادة استخدام برامج العمارة المختلفة.
مهارات تواصل وقيادة ممتازة.
التوفر الفوري ميزة إضافية.
