Competencies

Advanced expertise in product planning, analysis, and forecasting
Strong proficiency in inventory management principles and execution of inventory plans
Ability to interpret and analyze complex product data sets
Strong understanding of retail operations, preferably within the sports retail sector

Qualifications

4–6 years of experience in Planning
Experience in retail (mandatory)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management
6–8 years of experience in planning roles, particularly in retail or fashion/apparel
Proficiency in Advanced Excel, SAP, and Microsoft PowerPoint for financial analysis and presentations
Strong analytical and statistical acumen to interpret data and develop actionable insights
Experience with Business Intelligence tools is a plus

Deputy Store Manager

About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic Deputy Store Manager to join our store team. The ideal candidate will partner closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, elevate customer experience, and uphold operational excellence in line with Athlocity’s standards of retail leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales performance by communicating store targets, tracking KPIs (ATV, UPT, conversion, units sold), and motivating the team
Ensure smooth store operations including cash handling, loss prevention, returns/refunds, and customer service
Lead visual merchandising, in-store displays, and stock management to flagship standards
Monitor sales reports, analyze market trends, and propose action plans to maximize profitability
Support in staff scheduling, training, and retention to maintain service excellence
Handle customer complaints, provide timely resolutions, and maintain brand service standards
Coordinate with facilities on store maintenance and ensure compliance with company programs

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
3–5 years of retail management experience
Proven experience managing high-volume stores and large teams
Proficient in MS Office and retail systems

عن الدور:

نسعى لتوظيف نائب مدير متجر ديناميكي للانضمام إلى فريق المتجر، والعمل عن كثب مع مدير المتجر لدفع المبيعات، تحسين تجربة العملاء، وضمان التميز التشغيلي وفق معايير Athlocity في قيادة التجزئة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

تعزيز أداء المبيعات من خلال التواصل بشأن أهداف المتجر، متابعة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (ATV، UPT، معدل التحويل، عدد الوحدات المباعة)، وتحفيز الفريق.
ضمان سير العمليات اليومية للمتجر بما في ذلك إدارة النقد، منع الخسائر، المرتجعات والاسترداد، وخدمة العملاء.
قيادة العرض المرئي للمنتجات، وتنظيم المتجر وإدارة المخزون وفق معايير العلامة التجارية.
متابعة تقارير المبيعات، تحليل اتجاهات السوق، واقتراح خطط عمل لتعظيم الربحية.
دعم جدولة الموظفين، التدريب، والحفاظ على التميز في الخدمة.
التعامل مع شكاوى العملاء وحلها في الوقت المناسب مع الحفاظ على معايير الخدمة.
