Job Purpose
Install, set up, and maintain fiber optic equipment and network connections at business customer premises to ensure reliable and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
Install and configure fiber optic equipment including ONT, fiber splitters, and media converters
Configure routers, access points, and peripheral devices such as printers and activate internet connectivity
Perform installation, termination, testing, and maintenance of fiber optic cables for FTTH deployments
Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and service assurance tasks
Ensure seamless connectivity and exceptional service quality for business customers
Requirements
Strong technical knowledge of fiber optic systems and CPE installations
Experience in FTTH deployments and network troubleshooting
Ability to work independently in the field

Fiber Optic Technician
Key Responsibilities
Install, route, and terminate fiber optic drop cables from the network distribution point to customer premises
Perform end-to-end FTTH service installations
Ensure signal quality, testing, and service activation
Troubleshoot fiber connectivity issues

Requirements
Proven experience in fiber optic installation and termination
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of FTTH standards and practices
Ability to work efficiently in field environments

Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage company-wide performance management systems
Develop KPIs, scorecards, and performance metrics for all departments
Lead annual and periodic performance appraisal cycles
Monitor employee productivity and departmental performance
Analyze performance data, trends, and gaps
Prepare MIS reports and management presentations
Drive performance improvement initiatives and corrective action plans
Support managers in goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews
Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Business Heads

Perform IBS / TI site surveys for installations

Install IBS equipment such as splitters, hybrid couplers, and triplexers
Requirements
Experience in IBS / DAS installations
Strong understanding of RF components and cabling
