Senior Specialist – Client Management
Job Description:
The Senior Specialist, Client Management supports the inbound leads process and contributes to the organic growth of ADGM. Acting as a client nurturer, the role ensures potential clients receive the necessary support to transition seamlessly into opportunities, improving conversion rates and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end process of converting inbound queries and leads from digital channels, walk-ins, referrals, and events into prospective leads and registered entities.

Act as a key point of contact for inquiries, ensuring timely and effective routing to appropriate teams.

Handle inquiries with professionalism, supporting a seamless client journey from initial contact to onboarding.

Respond to customer queries and provide tailored information based on client needs.

Manager – Procurement

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in legal, financial, or business discipline.

Minimum 10 years’ post-graduate experience in enforcement, litigation, or investigations with a financial or corporate regulatory body or law firm.

Understanding of the public interest role of regulatory bodies.

Ability to conduct complex investigations and negotiations.

Strong decision-making, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Fluent in business English.

Work Experience & Skills:

Operational Responsibilities:

Participate in desk-based and on-site inspections of supervised intermediaries to ensure compliance with FSRA regulatory framework.

Assist in development and follow-up of risk mitigation plans, thematic reviews, and regulatory reporting.

Liaise with regulated firms to address identified issues and facilitate improvements in governance and risk management.

Contribute to development of regulatory frameworks for virtual assets and new products.

Support administration of regulations, rules, and risk management for ongoing supervision.

Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting by Fintech.
Strategic Responsibilities:

يدعم اختصاصي أول إدارة العملاء عملية التعامل مع العملاء المحتملين ويُسهم في النمو العضوي لـ ADGM. يعمل كراعي للعملاء لضمان حصولهم على الدعم اللازم للانتقال بسلاسة إلى الفرص، بما يعزز معدلات التحويل والتفاعل. كما يكون مسؤولاً عن تصنيف العملاء المحتملين وربطهم بالمجموعات المناسبة لتعزيز جودة البيانات وضمان فعالية التفاعل والحفاظ على دقة التقارير. يشمل الدور التعامل مع الاستفسارات الواردة عبر قنوات متعددة مثل الرقمية، والزيارات المباشرة، والإحالات، والفعاليات.
