Supervisor – Public Marine Facilities
Responsibilities:

Supervise Marina Management
-
Prepare budget estimates, progress, and cost tracking reports
-
Manage permits, licenses, and contractor selection for facility maintenance and operations
-
Implement quality control programs using LEAN methodology to standardize and optimize facility performance in line with the Global Marina Management strategy
-
Coordinate, directly or through subordinates, marina management services including operating systems, maintenance, repair and improvement, custodial services, and security operations
-
Coordinate maintenance activities across functions and departments to optimize personnel and equipment utilization
Fire Fighter
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Fire Safety, Engineering, Science, HSE, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
-
Firefighter Level II (120+ hours beyond Level I) including fire suppression, fire behavior, chemistry, rescue, equipment, safety, survival, and hazmat operations in accordance with NFPA 1081 (fulfillment of NFPA 1001 beneficial)

Certified Emergency Vehicle Operations (CEVO) – minimum 16 hours per NFPA 1451 and 1002

Hazmat operations course (minimum 24 hours) per NFPA 472, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120, or EPA 40 CFR Part 311

إعداد تقديرات الميزانية وتقارير متابعة التقدم والتكاليف.
