Regulatory Affairs Trainee

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

To enter data from various source documents into the computer system for processing, here on the Authorities online system related to suppliers and products.
Notification of Sephora Own Brand and Exclusive brands – prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information from regulatory documents such as ingredients lists / excel sheets prepared by the brands.
Establishing entry priorities from brands and suppliers.
Enters data in the online systems by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard according to screen format of the online system.
Maintains data entry requirements/complies with data integrity.
Check completed work for accuracy.
Lead times for product notifications.
Store completed documents in designed locations.
Maintain the registration tracking files with certificates numbers and validity dates.
Help and Support on the labelling Back and Forth exchanges with the brands and creation of artworks.

Cashier

Education & Demonstration

Assist and guide clients on the most appropriate range of products, according to their needs and skin type.
Support your store team in explaining and demonstrating new products to the clients.
Display an exceptional image and body language in accordance with the Sephora grooming guidelines.
Make sure to set example and be always a role model.
Know customer beauty pass status, points and current offers.
Introduce beauty pass offers and following right scanning process.
Answer customer questions or referring them to the staff who can best provide answers if the information is specific to a certain product.
Promote Sephora website and other digital tools.
Fix complaints related to beauty pass program.

UI/UX Designer

Do not hesitate to apply if you have:

A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, In Vision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong background in user interface design with demonstrated experience maintaining and evolving design systems.
Experience with conducting usability testing, user research, and synthesizing insights.
A team player attitude but can work independently too.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant field (Retail or Audit Firms).

HR Trainee (UAE Nationals ONLY)

إدخال البيانات من مصادر مختلفة إلى نظام الكمبيوتر للمعالجة، هنا في النظام الإلكتروني للجهات المختصة والمتعلق بالموردين والمنتجات.
إشعارات منتجات علامة سيفورا الخاصة والعلامات الحصرية – إعداد البيانات المصدرية للإدخال بالحاسوب من خلال تجميع وفرز المعلومات من المستندات التنظيمية مثل قوائم المكونات / ملفات Excel المعدة من قبل العلامات التجارية.
تحديد أولويات الإدخال من العلامات التجارية والموردين.
إدخال البيانات في الأنظمة الإلكترونية عن طريق إدخال المعلومات الأبجدية والرقمية على لوحة المفاتيح وفقًا لتنسيق الشاشة.
الحفاظ على متطلبات إدخال البيانات / الالتزام بنزاهة البيانات.
التحقق من دقة العمل المكتمل.
متابعة المهل الزمنية لإشعارات المنتجات.
تخزين المستندات المكتملة في المواقع المخصصة.
الحفاظ على ملفات تتبع التسجيل بأرقام الشهادات وتواريخ صلاحيتها.
المساعدة والدعم في تبادل الملاحظات حول الملصقات مع العلامات التجارية وإنشاء التصاميم.
